Hotel Shree Dev Villa 10 min from IIT Kanpur

Situated at very good place and cleanness is very good supporting staff and workers are well behaved

There canteen was not clean enough, place was ok ok but not a proper hotel stuff, I was feeling like alone there. Literally a banquet

good service . loved the ease of booking. def recommend mmt to my friends.

As per their terrif there is no facility like.... no dental kit , no soap, Room is not clean as expected in 4.2 ratting on MMTC. Food also not up to mark. Pathetic stay better to go with another Hotel.

location was good (approx 3 km)as per my IIT, Kanpur visit. Highlight is that food was good & homly.

Choosing this hotel was the biggest mistake of our life. There is no parking in this hotel. Manager awasthi told us to park our car in the road. The rooms are very crunched very claustrophobic. Not family rooms at all. Staff is very arrogant. The staff refused to give us basic amenities ikea dental kit telling us that it was out of stock. The locks of the hotel rooms are pathetic

Food is really good but rooms are very small geaser and tv both are not working rooms are not for corporate people basic amenities are not available

Hotel shree dev villa is located on the main road of new kanpur area, known as singhpur, and quite close to oit, kanpur. It us a beat and clean middke- class level decent hotel and family celebrations. Though there us no regular restaurant hood quality fresh food us served as per the menu in the room. Staff and office are polite helpful and well behaved. I stayed there with my family for 2 nughts. W can recommend this hotel shree dev villa, as a middle class place without taxing high prizes.

Hotel shree dev room very clean, food quality best but in toilet and bathroom not proper arrangement of hot water cable tv not working properly, room size and waiting area spasious, sleeper facilities should be in suit rooms over all hotel location and rooms are good but facilities not working proper

Room service is good. Size of double occupancy room is little bit small but not issue. Also near to iit kalyanpur.

Wifi was not working, lift was not working and there was no hot water in the washroom. Overall experience was bad

There was ventilation issue in room so safocation observer-ed and wi fi connection was not there for 3 days i stayed there. Everyday came up with new problem regarding wifi issue.

Hotel is not yet completed. I had booked 3 rooms every room having some problems i. E 1 room ac is not working properly. 2nd room don’t having the mirror or hanger in bathroom. 3rd room tv is not working

Very small rooms. No chair sofa available in room. But room service is very good. Room service boy is very active
