The stay was average. Could be better as far as cleanliness and basic facilitation are concerned.

No issues From the Hotel in anyway , Everything was Just perfect but it’s just that they have different category of rooms in their offline plans and different on Make my trip.

The bed in the hotel is not comfortable and when I wake up in the morning, I am told that the dental kit has not been provided properly and that the store manager has not come yet and hence the store is not open, hence we cannot provide the dental kit, whereas I had asked for the dental kit in the morning.

he hotel's location was excellent, offering convenient access to popular attractions and amenities. The on-site restaurant provided a delightful dining experience with a variety of tasty and freshly made dishes, while the attentive and efficient staff ensured a comfortable stay. The spacious and well-equipped rooms, combined with the excellent sleep quality, contributed to a pleasant and memorable experience.

Overall experience was good but not what was expected. Staff is friend and rooms are well equipped and neat. But, service is very slow. Hotel staff took lot of time to fulfil requests. For minor queries like tea and water , staff took hour to fulfil requests

actually rating should be 5…we had an excellent stay….only two prblms we faced that was the roads to reach hotel were in very bad condition and ac of the room can have more cooling.. rest stay was great. staff was polite and well behaved.
