Hotel Signature Grand

Room was in a terrible state. Not at all worth it according to the price.A weird smell in the room.

stay was allover good, except for mosquitoes at night. food and behavior of staff was good too.....

Room was not clean, linen was old, torn and had holes in it. I would not recommend anyone. photos are old they don't show the current state of the hotel. hotel didn't allow partial cancelations .

Need to mention the few things , Few amenities are mentioned are not available there like mini bar one of them ,there is no welcome drink . when i checkin in my room there is no fridge, no bathroom matress , no towels, ac is not cooling that good . when i called to the reciption then they arranged all the things . on bedsheet there is mark of some burn . room size is good enough as per tariff. food was ok. Overall, the stay was average. The staff did respond promptly once informed, but the initial lack of basic amenities and maintenance issues could be improved significantly for a better guest experience.

Worst experience at the hotel.. The room was in 4th floor and in pathetic condition. Old furniture, suffocated room, no amenities, dirty washroom. During checking out i forgot Rs 400 cash on the bed and later when called they completely denied. The hotel doesn’t seem to be even 1 Star.

1. House keeping will clean the room only after our request. 2. Shortage of hot water for bathing 3. Toilet bulb was blinking 4. Overall I'm happy in this hotel.

The property's location is quite accessible and within the city with easy access to malls, cafés and other shops of frequent requirements. It is easily reachable by delivery executives, making delivery options convenient.

The Front office Manager and staff posted at Reception was not trustworthy. These executives cheated me and did fraud with me. I will never stay in this hotel and advise everyone to avoid staying in this hotel.

It was a terrible experience in this hotel. Room was stinky , dusty and unhygienic. Bed was untidy and felt suffocated. Was accompanied by my toddlers and husband . We all had uncomfortable stay. I Shall not recommend to spend money in this hotel. Had to checkout at early hours.

I had the worst Experience in this hotel, firstly I was welcomed with a warm hot room and the AC couldn't work hard even running after 1 hour, the staff said all the rooms take this much time , and then at night 4am my wife wanted some emergency medicine for her health , but the reception couldn't deliver any water to me in 1 hour and sleeping again and again , also the WORST thing I had a cockroach running in my room all night

The room was old and a bit unclean. Some broken appliances were there in the room like the drawer didn't close, multiple marks on walls and chairs. The bed was the only thing that was clean, rest everything was good humble and helpful staff.

My stay was not good as expected, as there were multiple things not working and the furniture was also old and there was leakage in the washroom aswell, life was not working so had to wait for the life for a longer period of time.
