Hotel Sky Lodge

Room had moulds and was stinking very bad. Can lead to infection. No spare towels provided. Property not maintained well.

I recently stayed at Sky Lodge in Tumkur after booking a room. However, upon arrival, I was given a completely different room that did not match the description or the quality of the standard room I had booked. When I pointed this out to the reception staff, they were unhelpful and refused to provide the room I had originally booked. The room I was given was unhygienic, with a broken bathroom door and no basic amenities like towels. Additionally, there was no room service, and when I needed assistance, there was no staff available. The behavior of the reception staff was very unprofessional and rude. Overall, this was a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I hope booking. Com understands a better customer needs than make my trip, you need to review what customer really wants. Today's date who chooses a non a/c room and for what. You guys do a very smart move on such things and secondly you should review a customer based on what his previous air travels are and few more criteria using technology and them choose a place for him

Pols don’t book this hotel. It’s not good for family, it’s not a hotel, it’s a bar, all rooms smells like smoking n brandy, ratings. For me also they gave options like “if i give good ratings means 7 percent discount and if u give positive reviews means another 7. So totally 14 percentage discount on next booking, no breakfast, no one responding properly,

Not upto the mark. Cost is more but no hangers in wardrobe, charge for extra bed and only 1 sachet of coffee/tea packet for 3 members.

Hotel is very near to the highway, hence easy access for quick stay n move. Parking lot available next to the hotel. Staff were nice and room ambience also was good. Bathroom and toilet was decent but fittings could have been maintained better. The food was decent.

It's good for stay. On road location rooms are good but blanket are not clean

I am not kidding. When we arrived to the hotel the whole hotel was hardly lit. Drunk ppl were walking around the corridor, banging doors and shouting. The whole experience was terrifying. The bathroom was not cleaned,

Located road touch. Though staff lacks training they try their best to meet expectation. Food can be ordered from restaurant above at reasonable prices. So overall ok for overnight stay.

Property location is at good place and food is good. But service is poor. Bed sheets can be more clean and please provide proper soap. Secondly when you are charging more then 3k for room. Please provide water for free and also shampoo, brush and paste.

The refreshments were not renewed. Dustbin was not cleaned. There were lack of tissue roll in toilet. Had to ask for it. Got it after 2 hours. Parking was a huge problem as there were just 4 car parking space shared between 3 businesses nearby. Overall ok ok

Faucet was leaking, towel was provided on request. Dinning at gillys was good. Staff were courteous. Room was quite small for the money we paid.

Less said the better. No immediate response or respect even at 12. 30 pm check in. No restaurant except liquor and chines e food. Even for cup of tea have to go down the stairs in road side shop. No suitable place for couples and elderly guests. Money not worth it. No one knows proper places of the city. I do not recommend this for anybody. Any one interested in enjoying drinks at very high cost can do

Tv wasn't working, toilets were not clean, geyser water was not available
None of the staff were wearing masks

Not so pleasant for people who have been experiencing good hotels from mmt. Staff here is rude. Since there are not many options in this area one might have to opt for them.

Good place for busniess travller but not family.

Everything was fine and superb

At this rate it is an ok ok stay. Necessary toiletries were not available. Staffs were helpful in nature.

I think it s a best hotel n safe place @ tumkur to stay. Will give 5 out of 5.
