It was a nice room,but no hot water , and that was very disappointing. Spacious room also

The place overall was STAYable.the carpets were dirty but the room and the bathroom was well maintained.The hotel staff were also pollite.

The washroom was horrible they changed two rooms in both rooms flush not working and also not cleaned bad smell

break fast have to improve, comfortable stay and service is excellent good location - nearest to all places

The stay was decent. Early check-in was charged a 1000 Rs extra while it could have been a complimentary for spending for 2 rooms for 3 nights

no room service and room is soo dull no proper lighting for work. cost is over rated not recommended

The stay is good,Hotel location is perfect. Maintenance is not up to the mark. service can be improved.

Reception is not welcoming , no place to keep soap and shampoo in bathroom... They said complementary breakfast but it's not good for everyone what they provide fixed menus...

Electric kettle with tea and coffee Cons 1. Food not available u have to order on Swiggy,zomato 2. Room cleaning u have to remind them 3. The hot water was luke warm u just can't say it's hot or cold , during our visit it rained so we needed hot water for bathing we literally boiled water in an electric kettle and used it.

Service is good and the staff r full coperative and helped very much Food they have served is excellent

I hd to pick up luggage myself despite requesting them Operator in reception slammed my phone No slippers provided despite requesting Towel and hanger not provided ,had to request No dental kit

atleast there is no soaps tv connection worst experience and I lefted hotel just staying 5 hours worst experience

Parking a bit problem. For breakfast they do not serve anything other than idli dosa. For a person who do not like idli dosa its problem. Friendly service and good people.

I was surprised to find the makemytrip reviews quite misleading. The hotel was not easily accessible due to narrow lanes surrounded by bars and restaurants. Additionally, i was puzzled about how it could be classified as a 3-star hotel without having a restaurant. I would advise travelers to carefully cross-check reviews and not rely solely on makemytrip’s ratings.

Had a great experience at the hotel . The check in process is quite easy and fast . Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly . Room service is great . Though faced few cleanness issues but later on they got rectified by hotel management

Our stay here exceeded our overall expectations. The hotel was spic k and span, very courteous staff and a superb location, connecting to any main location, across the city. Needless to say, all of our next planned trips and visits, we would only prefer to satya here in this hotel.

Bathrooms are not so clean i have chosen this because of non availability of other 3, 4 star hotels.
