Hotel Snow Castle

The hotel was hygienic and the food was delight and the staff was helpful. The mountain view form balcony was awsome.

It was excellent stay at snow castle, snow covered pir panjal mountain range view from hotel balcony is awesome. Food was delicious. Overall experience is excellent

service along with food was terrible, breakfast was not worth Rs 350. many hidden charges were not mentioned and were charged once we checkin although they allow us early checkin. we went there for new celebration but there was no celebration, bonefire and DJ and we have to make our arrangement at higher cost and at a different place. The items like water bottles were overcharged above MRP and dinner was also not available after 9:30, even when on their it was mentioned that you can order till 11pm.

The hotel was good. The view from the room was spectacular and staff were friendly. Definitely would recommend this place.

The hotel is located at an excellent location overlooking the valleys. The staff is very cordial. The food homely and well prepared as per choice of the guests. Overall great stay.

Hotels' staff is excellent working and very co-operative. Hotel room is also very good, private balcony along-with valley view was amazing. But in restaurant, i don't get tandoori roti as they don't have tandoor in kitchen.

Room was cozy had a beautiful view breakfast and dinner was awesome especially bathroom was beautiful refreshing

Our stay was for 2 days. 1. The staff was courteous 2. Breakfast was really good 3. Heaters were provided in every room and the rooms were warm and cozy 4. Room was very well maintained overall we had a great experience

The property is not at all 3 star as mentioned. Room with balcony infrastructure was terrible and old. Bedsheets linen and pillow covers were dirty. Spider was found in room. Room balcony chairs were not as shown in mm t portal. We checked out in one day even though we planned for 2 days. We requested mm t to compensate and provide refund at the earliest

The hotel room and services were exactly the same as mentioned in mmt. The hotel staff was very good and cooperative. Would suggest to book a stay here during the visit to dalhousie.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms where clean and view was beautiful. Location was lilo off from main market. But that gives u beautiful view and peaceful stay

Food quality is a challange due to remote area, its away from the city center, calm, relaxing surrounding.

The hotel is nice, has all amenities and lift as well, the valley view from higher floor rooms are unbostructed and beautiful! nature, serenity and fresh air. The food quality is also good. Thumbs up to mr. Jatin sharma and whole hotel team for good hospitality and service !

arrived at hotel (22:00pm. At reception mr was there, ask for check in, hotel person provided him dirty & unhygienic room. Bedsheet not clean insect & mosquito at room. Ac / celling fan not their. Guest have infant with him and booked two room. Guest ask to changi the room, deny to change the room and provide him one table fan for two room. behavior very rude & bad and shouting on guest. Guest with family and infant don't want to argue with him and immideatly walked out from hotel and take check inn to another hotel. Please check to hotel and ask for full refund.

I booked for 2 days but due to medical issue i checked out next morning. I request them for refund but they did not agree.

Yes. Very bad bathroom floor water stagnated in bathroom water tap is damaged, no one cares bad services & bad odour hospitality of hotel snow castle, dalhousie, i can't recommend any one.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff was cooperative. The food was decent. View from the hotel was mesmerising.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait.

Hotel is in very good location and staff is very polite.Room is neat and clean. Room service is also very good . I am fully satisfied with this hotel service and suggest to any one stay here with out more thinking .
