Hotel sunrise

Beautiful, neat n clean hotel. Only cons were they didn't had dining services.

Staff is polite and courteous but rooms were below average mark in terms if hygiene and cleanliness. Bed and washroom had insects and red ants. And location is a bit interior as well

Ambience is super cool hygiene

Room was clean, food was delicious and bathroom was clean with 24hr hot water facilities. No tv but we had wifi facility.

Food quality is very good. Nice stay

Room are new and cleaned well maintained, close to nature and staff is very helpful

Room and staff service is very bad. Reception. Is too bad staff is not knowledgeable. Poor guidance bill payment is very high

I did not found television in my room when o asked them for change my room they said yes but they didn't do it. Otherwise i'm happy with their staff and each everything

Very bad service. Location is good. Would not recommend to stay here as is no to good in any way. Nothing good about it absolutely nothing to say good about the stay here although Hotel appears to be good but services and hospitality very poor.

I wasn't stayed at Sunrise Hotel because hotel's location are out of City and mid of rural areas. I was book another Hotel and pay

Since the Hotel is new, the Hotel and room look very good neat and clean but there was no chair and table in the room. The Hotel is inside the narrow street and not easily traceable. The vehicle entrance is very tough. Only small cars can reach the Hotel from the back Road.

A nice n decent stay at Hotel Sunrise. Upgraded to their best room which is a room with all facilities. A nice view of the mountain on one Side and on other Side the City. Hotel is a bit isolated considering its location, however, cars can reach to their back gate. 1 km approx from ghat but a bit tough for elders to go n come on their own. They should have some sort of transportation facility for a complete family to stay there again.

Hotel is a new build. Staff is very co-operative. Needs some time to locate the Hotel especially if you are new to Rishikesh! Overall nice stay but they need to have a transportation facility for elders to reach the ghat and other religious places. However, if you are young enough to walk then its only 1 km. Staff is very helpful and try to solve each n every concern of customers. Overall a perfect stay.

My stay at Hotel Sunrise was nice and pleasant. The staff was good. A major disadvantage was that it was far from the City area.

It was nice stay at Hotel Sunrise, Hotel is newly built, clean and fresh rooms, and very cooperative Hotel staff. Highly recommended

As this is a newly developed Hotel building. Cleanliness and service is on high priority. Nice lift and door locking advance system. Overall I Am fully satisfied with this Hotel. In future if I was in Rishikesh, I will stay here only.
