Poor in the restroom, the HF gun does not works at the time in the restroom, no tissu paper, other. Then after asked shaving kit

Quality of the structures are degraded already. It shouldn't be more than 1500 rs per night. Wall, decors are need to be renovated

Had a great stay in the property, food quality is tremendous & suitable for corporates as well as family. Well behaved staffs

Good hotel for business stay. Service level was good so does the house keeping. Though food lacks north indian flavour however same is compensated by fingure licking south indian food

Room was not clean. Bathrooms was very bad. But staff were very good and friendly. Its definitely not worth of 3000 rs.

They denied check in, in-spite of having a confirmation mail from make my trip. Nothing else

Two observations. 1. I found out that since i booked through makemytrip, i had a 12 noon check out condition whereas if i had booked directly with the hotel, i would have got a 24 hour check out. 2. Probably because i booked through makemytrip, i got the worst possible room. I found out both by engaging in a conversation with the staff. Non availability of 24 your check out has happened to me earlier too in other tier 2 cities. I managed a late check out as the first staff told me i am eligible for 24 hour check out and later on the 2nd staff told me the truth. I had to force myself and got a late check out.

We went around 1 pm in midnight to check-in, in reception they said makemytrip not paying them properly so they can't accept the booking, we argued saying it's not my problem and it's the problem between makemytrip and hotel, but still they made us to wait for more than 30 mins and finally allotted a room but asked us to vacate early morning itself, i am a frequent traveler but never faced such a problem, very very bad experience

Very small room, not worth of money.

All was ok if food could be better would be great, otherwise all was ok
