Hotel Surya (Laxman Jhula)

The stay was good the staff was also cooperative the rooms were clean and the location was in between the heart of rishikesh

I haven't used this property as there were asking for additional charges. Need to book an new property on spot

Hotel management was good but facilities was not up to date

Stayed as solo traveler found cooperative staff, good location, nice place to stay, mountain view, ganga view

It's a waste of money in this hotel, there is no charging point, fans are not working properly, staff behaviour was good

Experience to reach surya hotel was terrible enough the route was too far away as shown in mm t side the location it was difficult me to track location that why i could not reach and find the hotel. Then i booked another hotel to at that place. One of the important fact is that i was showing a ac room amount rs. 1685 per night on before booking time but they book after booking confirmation detail was non ac or non refundable amount. My experience and recommendation to book with this is worst.

Firstly i didn’t feel hotel surya as hotel. It is like flat. In my booking i have mentioned 2 child with age then also there was no extras bed. Some how we adjusted. Paying almost non-ac room is not worth full. Tema make my trip lead me down with this booking.

Average hotel, location near laxman jhoola bit approa h is troublesome as if you are coming from station, you will have to drop on other side of ram jhoola and walk thru khila yo other side and id you reach in night there will be very limited options. One has to walk with luggage. But hotel owner was helpful and picked up from there. Overall average hotel.

Rooms are extremely terrible condition. I can’t understand how make my trip has even listed this road side lodge. The room has just a bed with a torn bed-sheet and a towel if you use it (you will feel the smell of sweat. Frequet water fluctuations and need to call the staff for water. If you are planning just for a clock room for you luggage it will server your purpose. Not worth 500 rs room ( non ac. Ac rooms had a tv but still that room not more than 1k. Never ever book. There are plenty of better and cheaper options available nearby. I trusted make may trip and i learned that even make my trip has got no idea of the quality of its properties.

Staff is polite, humble and supportive. Service is prompt. Due to maintenance of lakshman jhula bit far from ram jhula crowd. But it has its own advantage as area is low crowded.

Clean rooms, good service and good and hygienic food and the price of food was the good and the location was perfect

Worst experience ever. Room and washroom were dirty and unhygienic. There were termites and webs on the wall. No cold water was available. Staff was very, very rude and pathetic. There was just the sheer curtain on the window, from which anybody could see the room from outside. Hence, there was no privacy. Would not recommend anyone to go there

Location wise this is good. Near to laxman jhoola. Just basic facilities are there okay okay hotel. Nearby market is good

Best ganga view from hotel and hotel in main market of laxman jhula. Highly recommended can have rafting near by hotel and find out many restaurants near hotel.

The hotel description says that it is 110 m from laxman jhula, but nowhere they describe it that you have to cross the river using boat in case transportation is not available. The responsiveness is very poor.

This place is amazing, with top class view and direct access to serene ghats of ganges. This property, gives you direct view of ganga. The property is very friendly for both elderly and young. All tourist attractions in laxman jhula and ram jhula is very accessible from this property, we had rafting from the hotel which is highly recommended. The food in in-house restaurant is very tasty, and also customize to taste. We had a wonderful stay here.

View is too good and sitting is also there at balcony, rooms are also clean and clear. Totally worth it

Hotel is good, staff is cooperative, bedding and other things are good wash rood is also neat and clean.
