The room, ambience was good but the issue was that they don't have any common bathroom for our car drivers. Drivers have to go to another hotel for this purpose

If you charge over rupees for the one night stay, you should expect the clean toilets and clean bed sheets, but here there is no clean toilet and bed sheet and breakfast was also poor

I had a wonderful stay at Symphony Inn. The reception staff and security were warm and welcoming. The hotel is tidy, and the bathroom was decent, though housekeeping could improve. The TV and amenities were good. Overall, it was a comfortable, pleasant, and great value-for-money experience.

very poor customer service I heard that it's the only season in vellore normal range is 1500 to 2500. But I have changed . I don't get enough service. Even a room boy is not available there

Our stay was average, situated in very busy building on 1st floor. Complementary brekfast was served in a room as there were very few people were staying. Facilities were insufficient not any chair was there in the room. But lady present on desk was quite helpful. Dr. I.C.Gautam
