They did not accept my 1st day booking while MakeMyTrip I paid in advance. Maybe they have given hotel to some marriage party but I had done bookings 1 month in advance. Later, they adjusted in some other hotel Samrat Regency near bus stand. They provided a torn towel when asked for. During rain bathroom was leaking food and people serving are good.

Good reviews are the fake ones. Dont get trapped. Worst hotel ever. Never ever book it. Sharing my personal experience. They give rooms to couples on hourly basis and then give you the same room with same bed sheet with all the stains. If you know what I mean. Not even good for ssb candidates. Even after booking it in advance and giving full payment, they keep you waiting for hours as they give your room away to someone else. Why They charge a very high tariff. Rooms have 0 facilities . No room service, no water nothing, no toiletries, no towel. No geyser, stinking smell in full hotel. All illegal and disgusting activities happens in this hotel. You will hear disgusting shouts, voices and construction noise. Everybody is ill mannered. Don to ever book this hotel. Better sleep on railway station than coming here.
