Quality of room was not upto the mark for the cost paid. Furniture quality is inferior. Tube light in the wash room was not working. Quality of tea was not upto the standard. There was liquid soap in the dispenser. There was no shower in the bathroom

bad condition of room washroom is jam, water is not passing bad service for meals not giving preference to customers , waited for lunch because staff is having lunch at that time and staff says i have to wait for my lunch order lights are regularly cutoff any time whether you are in bathroom or on bed u have to suffer in darkness. no
