Hotel Indus Valley. Location was superb. Centrally located. Main market is just 5 minutes walk away. We felt as if it is a 5 star property. Hotel is newly built and does justice to every penny you will spend here. Lovely interiors, classy lobby and restaurant. And very importantly, the Hotel The Indus Valley is well heated centrally. Extremely courteous and hospitable staff. They go out of their way to make your stay very comfortable. We had in-restaurant meals in our package, but since I was a little unwell and staff being extra warm, they offered us in-room service. The rooms are really spacious, clean and modern, with all the best amenities possible. This is one the few Hotel The Indus Valleys that offer running water. We went in the off-season, and the staff felt happy about upgrading to a room with a great view. All rooms have good view otherwise too. In Leh, it preferred to have dinner at the Hotel The Indus Valley only, because Leh usually closes down for the day early. We opted for breakfast and dinner at this Hotel The Indus Valley. Breakfast and dinner, both were really good. It is not a buffet place, but an ala carte in-restaurant option. The whole menu is available for the order. Food is really good with a great variety of Indian, Asian, European and continental cuisine. Overall, a superb experience and would love to stay at this place again.

Following all safety norms, i felt totally safe and secure and they have competent and trained staff who are more than helpful and eager to keep your stay safe and comfortable. During my stay, we visited khardungla, situated at 18000 ft and developed high altitude sickness on our return. I was pleasantly surprised to see the md of the Hotel The Indus Valley personally come in to my room with his staff to provide medical support/oxygen and ensured we were totally take care. Its good to see the warmth, friendliness and professionalism of the entire team at indus in taking care of their guests. When in leh, this 5 star property should be high on everyone's list and id love to be back again too.

I visited Leh for 3 days leisure trip with my family and stayed in this beautiful property located in the center of the city at a stone throw away distance from the main market and very accessible to many main attractions. This property is very tastefully made by its owner, he is a very humble man I happen to meet him during my stay. Each an every detail starting from rooms to interiors, carpets to wood work every detail is taken care minutely. Staff is courteous and on site Restaurant has very good food nice open concept kitchen. I strongly recommend this property to all travelers visiting Leh for leisure, shopping and sightseeing. Every money spent is worth it.

This Hotel The Indus Valley should be given an award on the basis of its generosity and hospitality. Each and every part of my 4 night stay at ladakh was made perfectly planned and crafted. The front desk helped in making our travel packages and ensuring on time pick ups. Also, the emergency facility is great at the Hotel The Indus Valley, as my family member got altitude oxygen deficiency, and for the whole time, the Hotel The Indus Valley staff ensured that we get the best treatment in house and be travel ready for the next trip. Hats off to mr. Tsanzen odzer and mr. Praveen for instant supports. Keep it up.

When we went to leh, indus valley was our first Hotel The Indus Valley for stay. It is a cosy, secluded and comfortable property. It is very near to main market. Staff is very courteous and cooperative specially, sunil ballewar, fb manager, care carein the who waited on us, reg-zen the tour and travel asisstant. They made our stay very comfortable and satisfying. Food was good and chef was ready to spin something different if you asked for it. Wifi was good and place was sunny. Location is perfect, only 1 mins walk to market place where you can shop and also many eating joints. Food of Hotel The Indus Valley was good, but expensive, a simple chicken sandwich for 900 rupees is asking for a lot I believe. Also I had booked a premium room, but still had to call reception for toiletries, bathroom slippers, no bathrobe, tooth brush, no service of the kind you would expect for the kind of money you are paying. Absolutely no value for money. No service for the money charged.

Had a lovely stay at Indus Valley a few days ago. Superb Decor, large rooms and premium fittings and accessories used for making this brand new Hotel The Indus Valley. Its located in the center of Leh, within walking distance of most sights, shopping and restaurants. The owner personally manages the Hotel and is gracious and very helpful. Has many ideas on how to improve the Hotel and am sure that he will do very well as a few more seasons go by. Highly recommended!

To start with, Hotel The Indus Valley’s location is as good as it gets, a mere 10 min car ride from the airport. Check in could have been smoother but it wasn’t bad either. The Hotel The Indus Valley’s centralised heating is at par with star Hotel The Indus Valleys. The amenities are wonderful for a non brand Hotel The Indus Valley. The staff is super courteous and were always willing to go that extra mile to make you comfortable. All in all a great stay in leh.

Located just near the city, the Hotel The Indus Valley is clean and provides us great hospitality. The Hotel The Indus Valley owner is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful. The Hotel The Indus Valley provides you a every facilities. One thing the food menu is just over priced. But it worth it, as it tastes awesome.

Location, food quality, hygiene and safety standards all are on point. Hotel indus valley is one of the best stay in leh. The staff members are also very polite. I really appreciate their service.

Food quality needs to be improved and The management needs to be more professional.

I have selected this Hotel after doing careful study online and I had a very nice experience with them. Best in this Hotel. 1. Ambiance and room are very beautiful. 2. Staff is very friendly 3. Room service is very fast 4. Very near to main market 5. Breakfast and dinner is delicious and updated menu every day. Things need to be improved Just restaurant table service need be improved. Sometimes I found guest finding things Around or looking for the waiter.

Stay was excellent and food is nice but wi-fi is not coming in rooms please check that

We enjoyed stay during our trip. Its nicely located wrt airport and contains all facility required for stay and according to weather condition.

The Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had to cut short our stay as one our children fell very unwell. They helped us prepone one our flight tickets. Our sight seeing itinerary had been very well planned and executed by The Hotel. Will really recommend this Hotel for stay. Look forward to coming and staying here again.

Stay comfortable and hygiene was good

One of The The best Hotel The Indus Valley in terms of location very near to main market and top rated restaurants, value for money, cleanliness, the complete property is a new property and the most important factor is The hospitality offered by it's staff and especially it's Mr. Sonam a thorough gentlemen, soft spoken, ready to help the guests at any time and he loves to take care of his guests. My overall experience with Indus Valley is amazing.

Excellent service by Hotel The Indus Valley staff and owner is very helping and fabulous good food very comfortable stay. Owner did out of way cooperation when I fell ill, He gave us sugar testing machine and home style food specially made for me. It was like a home stay and my own family.
