Hotel The Metropole

We switched 3 rooms because of the cigarettes' smell. We put in a special request to place us on non-smoking floor but every room they gave us was stinking. There is no inhouse kitchen in the Hotel The Metropole, they get the food from the restaurant next to the Hotel The Metropole. We asked for coffee in the morning the boy came after 40 mins and asked us for 45 rs per coffee. By this time we were ready so we decided to go down to eat. The coffee charge is 20rs there and just for bringing it to the room they are charging 25rs extra. ' the staff responded well and provided us with what we asked for. So staff wise they are good. However there are no covid safety measures in place. None of the staff members were wearing mask and sanitizers are not placed any where.

Hotel management was courteous and allowed me to check in early. My booking experience was nice and comfortable. Thanks to mmt. Generally i liked the Hotel The Metropole location as it is in a calm and in a clean, green environment well connected by public transport, menasha amman temple is within 4 km. Near by veg/non veg restaurants are also hygienic, good and offer tasty food. From chennai- madurai highway it's easy to enter this Hotel The Metropole. Good. No adverse remarks.

The Hotel The Metropole staff, service, room and cleanliness was good. In Madurai, no auto or taxi drivers understands Hindi or English. So it is very difficult to explain where you want to go. But as this Hotel The Metropole is exactly opposite to Rajaiah Muthiah Mandra, just say this to auto drivers and you are safely home. Hence, very appropriate location to stay
The room was good for spending long time. Good view and very comfortable bed.

Wide array of complimentary delicious breakfast. Great room service. Food quality and quantity was good. Delivered quickly. Price was reasonable. Lots of eateries nearby.
It is right next to a busy road but we were used to noise. So it didn't bother much. Wide array of complimentary breakfast should not be missed. It is a value for money Hotel The Metropole.

Experience at the Hotel The Metropole was very good, I would insist travellers to chose this Hotel The Metropole. Very polite and helpful staff, nice rooms and food. Reasonable price of room and restaurant. Although the stay was for 1 day only but the experience was great. Great locatio and near to tourist places and bus stand and airport.

The stay was comfortable for us. The Hotel The Metropole room was clean and that matters the most. The Hotel The Metropole is located at the prime location of madurai city so it was easier for us to go to all the places around. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.

A good location, very good rooms, secure parking and within close proximity of all locations in madurai and importantly near to aravind eye hospital too. It lacks on poor room service but there is a good vegetarian restaurant just by its side and the house keeping needs to be improved too

A good Hotel The Metropole, good location hence easily accessible. It is apt for business stay and for the darshan at Meenakshi temple. Services and behavior staff are excellent. Breakfast served at the Hotel The Metropole is Worth mentioning. Overall it is a good Hotel The Metropole.

I had a good experience. Visiting places are near. In menu verity is less. Taste is good We are expecting more in south verity. Other then that sound is the problem. Staff are polite and friendly. Tour desk is good. Car parking is small but the manage it. Overall it is good.

Stay in Madurai. Staff was good and helpful and room were clean and breakfast was good

We have checked in during mid night. Check in is very fAst and room service is provided fast even during mid night. Room is very spacious and bed sheets are hygenic. Bath room is not very clean. It is average.

The Hotel The Metropole is in the main road. The sound from bus and car honking noise wakes you up very early morning and it is irritating. Otherwise the Hotel The Metropole is good.

The Hotel looks nice. The rooms are well maintained with all The soaps, towels and other knick knacks. AC was nice, bed sheets were clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast menu has many items and service by The restaurant staff is satisfactory. A good stay for families.

Hotel staff needs more efficiency. Locks of room needs Repair, washrooms needs repair, corridor cleanliness required, pics of room doesn't match, even they don't have proper drinking glasses if glass, please buy some.

I went with my family there and it was a wonderful stay out there. Hope to visit soon there whenever I touch down City.
