It was nice trip & everyone in Jaipure talks so polite & have smile on their face. Hotel was very nice & beautiful, rooms were very clean & nice all the amenities are mostly of wood, room service is very prompt, Wifi is free & works fine. We do not find any issue of Hot water, if any you can call the reception & they will provide you the same . Food is very costly with in Hotel Utsav Niwas, but not to worry 300 m from Hotel Utsav Niwas Jaipur biggest shopping mall is there very tasty food. Take your own slipper along with you for wash rooms use as Hotel Utsav Niwas is not proving that.

The Hotel Utsav Niwas is nice and rooms are neat and clean. The Hotel Utsav Niwas staff is very helpful. Only drawback of the Hotel Utsav Niwas is that its food is quite expensive or you can say that the prices of the food items are over-rated, which is wrong.

Its a beautiful heritage Hotel Utsav Niwas. Loved the interiors and the service. Food is a slight problem and we needed to inform in advance; but overall we just loved our stay.

Excellent room and overall all facilities in this tariff which made my day. Will surely visit again. Room are nice and staff is very generous. Will also give ref in my business circle to visit here.

Highly recommended. Rooms are tastefully built and maintained, high on cleanliness and hygiene. Staff is polite and helpful. Location is easily accessible besides being posh and calm. My no. 1 choice for future trips to Jaipur.
