Room is good but food preparation is to bad

As per room price it is not even under any category of Hotel. There is nothing regarding service in all respects.

Staff behaviour is not helpful food quality is very bad.

It was a really bad experience in this hotel.

Very very terrible experience while stay in hotel. The staff was not supportive at all. Shocking thing was that there was no veg food at all. I request never ever go to this hotel. Simply bad hotel.

It's a terribly bad experience. This hotel has nothing good. They never clean the hotel room and power cut happens quite frequently. They don't serve their guests in their own restaurant. The land phone doesn't work in any of their rooms. They don't serve bed tea even if you pay. Management is really very bad. Location is also horrible. I won't recommend anyone this hotel.

The room is very spacious and moderately clean. Near to the beach the staff is well behaved . I had a problem during name change but the make my trip solved very prompt. I recommended to book any from make my trip. It was very good and value for money.

Good place for stay ... Also for couple and family. Nice service plays by house keeping ...

Rooms are very good, staff are also superb. Location slight far from Beach but Hotel is very good. Restaurant food is good.

It's a good experience of my travel but I haven't seen any direction for find the hotel and service is average and room cleaning is also average. So improve your service to attract to your customers.

Hotels location was good and easy to reach. Rooms appearance was also nice but lack in cleanliness, bathroom was not so good and geysers were not working. Food was good. Hotel is little bit costly. WiFi is not available above 1st floor. Furnitures are OK.

Good place to stay. Food quality is good. Location is quite good. He behavior of the hotel staff is OK. Local transportation available round the clock. Ordered food was served at our room in time. The rooms are well equipped with all basic amenities. All together we enjoyed our stay.

The location of this is not so good but you can manage it. The behavior of the hotel staff is OK. The rooms are well equipped with all basic amenities like AC, colour Tv, gyser. Rooms and bathroom are meet and clean. You can order your food for room delivery but outside food are not allowed. We enjoy our tour with this hotel.

Location was good but room service is very slow than given time. Order food but they gave the 3 hours later than given time. Telephone not working properly. Request for bed cover and pillow cover change but they didn't do it.

If you want an affordable hotel then this is good one but you have to compromise with facility, facility and cleanliness is average one. It is near to new Digha sea beach. Food is eatable, staff behaviour is not so good, they behave arrogant like manner

The hotel is 5-7 minutes away from the main beach, services is totally unexpected, room was not cleaned, electricity problem, service poor, average trip experience because of the hotel. Tea not included in breakfast.

It is not good place to stay.. AC is good but sometimes it was not working due to no electricity.. They didn't clean our home once in a day.. Though we told 4 times 4th he didn't care.. But lastly after checking out they allowed us to take bathe in the hotel it is impressive overall and the distance from sea beach is also much... And the hotel is under construction.. And the included breakfast was bad..

The hotel is nearly 2. 7 km from Digha station. Near to new Digha sea beach. Staff is overall okay. Food is great. Services are okay. The check-in and Check-out time is good. The location is fine. Overall for the price, we like it.

Hotel is nice but the location is too far from the sea beach. Rooms are OK, AC was good but staff are not so cooperative. Complementary breakfast was there but it was Available after lots of reminders. Overall a average experience.
