Hopeless needs improvement in service and maintenance.

When I reached hotel room was provided but no drinking water was given to me. After repeated request hotels staff not provided water . Room was not clean and good enough. It was my very bad experience to stay in hotels like Hotel Vidur.

Hotel is for marriage party. Food is ok, hotel location is very easy to find. It's on the road. Parking is out side but security guard is available. Not to worry, camera is also fitted for monitoring.
