The property was so good. The location is easily accessible. The service was so good. The room and everything was very clean. The toilet was very clean.

Very accessible location in the city. Good food services. And a well maintained, neat room with excellent customer service.

Location of the property is not so good to approach. But one cannot help to change. Services are excellent.

Wonderful Stay & very Supportive staffs. I had home like experience here. Well cleaned rooms and tidy beds. This property worth every penny i spend on it & a special thanks to the housekeeping team for maintaining rooms so clean.

Though reception, stairs and corridors look just reasonable the rooms are of the best quality. Decent bathroom as well with round the clock steaming hot water. Courteous staff. Tasty breakfast. Worth the money spent for a night's stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Villa Maryam. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s location in the heart of Calicut city is a big plus—very convenient for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. The room service was prompt and excellent, with courteous staff ensuring all needs were met. The only drawback is the limited parking space, which can be a bit inconvenient during peak hours. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

Good only the transportation is little change. Room dinning immediate payment is also challenging.

The room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. However, the AC was at full capacity and centralized, so there was no option to control or turn it off. Also, complimentary breakfast was not provided, it came at an extra cost. Hot water was also not provided; it was only lukewarm, more like normal water that was not cold.

The hotel room bed ,blankets and bedsheets are not cleaned properly too much dust in there , in bathroom no hand wash , the shower is not working , the window doors not working for closing
