Hotel Vipul Grand

Expected high while booking online . But no breakfast , no food except tea bread omelette. Forced to get food from outside. Sofa and chairs’ fabric was old and torn, full of dirt. Towels in bathrooms were seen old and not washed properly . There was dust everywhere on furniture , racks, table etc. Tv was just for the sake of watching it without any subscribed channel.. overall not satisfactory.

Very poorly maintained and zero hygiene. Towels were stinking. Washroom was not clean. Blanket was having holes..

overall experience was okay, room was different from the pictures available and actual room which they provided to me.

The staff and the management were very cordial and well behaved. The l9cation is also good. Homely feeling. Although there is no provision for food. Only chai and water. The only bad thing is the dog smell near the reception. Everything else is great. Nothing premium. But nothing bad.

Staff was polite, room was clean, food that i ordered online was brought to my room by staff. Value for money.

Ideal place to stay for any work around phase 2 gurugram. Service is prompt and rooms are spacious, neat. Ac works perfectly, which is a thing to note as most hotel acs either don't work properly or have cooling issues. There is zero disturbance from outside so you are ensured a good night's sleep. Mattress was a little saggy and can do with a makeover.

Location good. Property good. Have facility for tea and breakfast. No inhouse kitchen. Staff good.

it is a great place if u looking for big room in good budget. all staffs are so professional you never feel that it's less then 3 🌟 property. we booked their suite room it was really a wow experience

It was a very bad experience rooms were not even clean properly. Very unhygienic.

I stayed for one day but the property is not at all maintained. Lack of staff and their rude behavior is clearly evident. Unable to match up with the simple amenities like geyser, cold water etc. Room service was also too late. Bedding and blanket was also not washed properly. Never like to go there again.

Fine hotel for stay only for few time.
