I stayed at White House for 2 days in Jun end of 2019. The hotel white house is next to the Phalgam Golf Course. The USP of the hotel white house is the loc right on the bank of Lidder River with a breathtaking view of the River and mountain tops surrounding you all around. The sound and sight of the River mesmerizes you and has a natural calming effect. But that's about it. The hotel white house is low on facilities and not well maintained. The voltage supply is low and so the geysers don't work. I had booked 4 deluxe rooms at the hotel white house but had to wait for an hour when I reached well past the check-in time as the guests were still occupying it and had not checked out. In fact, there are only two deluxe rooms in the hotel white house, the rest being standard rooms and so was refunded by MMT. The breakfast menu comprises of only omelet, Aallu paratha, and toast. You can enjoy a bonfire in the garden in the evening on payment. The meal preparation at the hotel white house is just average. Phalgam Market is 1.5km away. Nathus Rasoi and Dana Pani serve good veg food. Places of interest nearby are Aru Valley which is a 1-hour drive on one axis. The other axis leads to Betaab Valley, again 1 hour and another 30 minutes ahead is Chandanwari. There is another place called mini Switzerland near the main market for which one can hire a pony for 3 km. Amusement Park and old Shiv mandir are other options. Phalgam has scenic beauty all around and the trip becomes a collage of memories to cherish forever. The overall experience at the White House Hotel was average and has scope for much more improvement.

It was amazing I just love this place ❤️ Can't describe in words food was tasty 😋 location is beautiful like heaven. rooms was so clean and that river and mountain view of the property is perfect for the person who loves nature. it was unaccepted . seriously this place is ❤️ so so beautiful. were beautiful people 🍁❣️

The best thing regarding this hotel white house is its location. Sound of the river is like continuous music playing in the ear. There are some issues on part of food but still that can be simply ignored because of its beautiful location.

Excellent place to stay. No cook available so need to arrange for food ourself. A bit far from any restaurant too. Second day stay room not cleaned however told to do so. Some attending are good some are bad. Bad size was also too small.

I stayed in cottage, cottage was good, clean, staff were very friendly and gave us good hospitality, but the view and landscape of hotel white house was awesome, i have no words to describe the view, sound of river, just amazing

It was a very good experience, food is good, location of this Hotel is awesome. Hotel owner Mr Abdul Rehman is very helpful and polite. Overall a best Hotel which u can get in this range Must stay there without any doubt.

Best location awesome and tasty food rooms are old but nice. Staff is curtorious Abdul Bai owner of property specially take care of guests. I will come again and recommend this hotel white house to others.

The hotel white house is located just beside the lidar river. The manager and stuff were really helpful. We had a great stay there.

Best and calm place to stay near to river, pleasant stay with beautiful morning view with music of river sounds all the time. Friendly staff and helpful environment.

The hotel white house view was nice but we faced lot of electricity issue and for our 3 day stay wifi was not working at all.

The location was splendid just by the driver which was a pleasant stay. The heater in our room was not working yet the staff provided with hot water via buckets.

I love the view of the property, but food quality and quantity needs to be improved. Also the room need to be cleaned well

the hotel white house is awesome with seshnag river flowing to it's side adding scenic beauty to the commuters... very excellent stay in a deluxe room with River view.. staff are also very friendly.
