They are not providing water bottles. No kattle for hot water, no working of hot water for bath. They are not providing washed towels, not giving morning kit (i. E. Toothpaste, toothbrush, ) , shower gel, hand wash not giving. U can select this hotel if u have a money issue. But on the same budget, you will find batter hotels.

Under 18 staff at reception, no security gaurd, bathroom is not cleaned and necessary item missing like soap, liquid soap,. Damage cupboard. It's not recommended for family as i feel insecurities

K oi rakhe room ke photos dekh ke room book mat karna real main guest house jesa hai auro room service b hi bekaar hai. Staaf ne extra bed shop kaka bola to bed night ko nah i diya rent ke compare main bed service hai.

Asked for some flower petals on bed and while doing checkout, the staff asked for extra for decoration of the room. Bad experience.

Sorry for this type of reply. This guest was very uneducated person. He told me on call for room decoration and we manage and decorated whole room by person and paid the amount when we asked to guest for the amount then guest said it's complimentary and they refused to give money. Room tariff was low and decoration amount is high then how is possible decoration is complimentary. The guest was totaly mindless. I want to share decorated room picture but no option here and after see decorated room guest said more decoration without any chages. He is duffer customer I saw ever.

My experience was good with Hotel white palace

I was stay in hotel white palace to celebrate 31 December, and I have good experience with this hotel. Staff was very cool and co-operative . Room was also clean and the best thing was location of hotel. Its only 300m from Fateh Sagar lake and 500m from Chetak circle.
