Hotel Zambhala Inn

Availability of staff is not satisfactory. Hot water supply is not frequent. Always need to call up for hot water supply for carrying our basic needs. Better you can prefer another hotel.

No communication or attention for guests , they didn’t bother for guests

The location of the property is around 5 mins walk from the main leh market. There are a lot of food options available just around the property in addition to the in house restaurant. The rooms are modern and spacious and the rest rooms are clean and very well maintained. Support staff is polite and service oriented. The family run property exudes warmth and both mot-up and his wife are always available for any queries and help required. Bike rentals are available opposite the property and the property also hosts a beautiful open air space for meals or a casual retreat. Laundry is next to the property and the mountain views from the room are beautiful. We had stayed here for a total of 5 days in between our trips and we would definitely comeback again and recommend the property.

Very safe and hygienic room and restaurant

Loved my stay at Zambhala Inn. It was close to the Leh Market and had a peaceful stay. The room was decent, the staff were friendly and courteous. Food was good, especially Aalu Paratha with the mixed vegetable pickle. Provide hot water to drink whenever asked. The only suggestion I have is have at least 1 complimentary water bottle provided to the people who check-in because most of the tourists travel from afar and come to the hotel. So, giving one complimentary water bottle a day in a room will add more stats to the place. 😊 Overall, I recommend Zambhala Inn to anyone who wants to stay in Leh. 😊

No packaged drinking water and hot water electric kettle in the room. Uncooked (kachcha) food. Bad quality mattress. No toiletries. No tea before 7:30 am for the tourists and hotel owner knew that all of the tour packages start from 8am. One night there was no water from 12 night to morning 7am. I complained to reception but they said they do not bother as their hotel works like this only. I told them i will make negative remark on mm t but they said it hardly matters for them. This is dharmshala type hotel. Mm t charged me 18k for 2 rooms for 2 nights. I also stayed in two other hotels in leh, they charged much lesser with better facilities. I request mm t to delete this hotel from their list.

Excellent hosts, great hospitality, ideal location. Overall i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place and will choose the same property the next time i’m in leh.

Wonderful experience. Clean rooms and washrooms. The people in charge are upfront and genuinely try to help. And the small garden they have is amazing.

Nice and comfy, value for your money. If room is next to street it is a bit noisy due to motor cycle traffic, and on hot days can get bit uncomfortable as there is no ac or fan

Very neat and clean and a warm and welcoming staff. Be aware that there us no fan or ac. On hot days it can get quite uncomfortable. Also the rooms facing the street are noisy due to constant motor cycle traffic. But all in all a very nice place and good value for your money.

Rooms were clean but room service was not good. There was no operational (closed) restaurant at hotel only snacks options were available no lunch or dinner.

It was a nice and decent stay ate the property.
