Experience very bad

It’s very bad services there are no any housekeeping and is there no any backup for electricity once cut off the power. I was stay three night all nights no lights, also was make booking with breakfast he was given breakfast one day egg fry and one day alu pratha there are no any kitchen also water not fresh and in my booking showing wifi free but there are no wifi. In three nights they never change towel and there is no hand wash also bathroom sleepers also broken. My experience very bad and i never suggest any one to make a booking this board hotel. It’s very poor facilities means it’s there no any facilities. I never recommend to anybody. Also i would like to ask make my trip managers how they approve it please have a look.

You are such a big lier and you are not happy because you wash clothes inside houseboat and how you are saying all that because we don't allowed you wash clothes because it's not allowed I still have your massage on WhatsApp One last think sir You don't need to lie like this because you did not pay us for food and other thinks .you said once I get back .you have still our bill to pay us you run away without paying our bills .our manager called you but you didn't answer our calls and massage. You making every so dirty our houseboat and you burn our bed cover and broke our table lap. Who will pay all that.and you run away with our now you saying all that to cover up. You are a such big big lier and we never see gust like you.keep that money as a CHARTIY

The stay was a good experience with a big spacious room adjoining d boat where we stayed. Clean washroom n bed. Overall very good. The owner is also very helpful and a good care taker.

We stayed there for 3 days and they were very much helpful in everything for example neat and clean rooms, breakfast and dinner which they served was home made as we eat at home, if you all are planning to visit here you will definitely appreciate their service. They organized and planned for our tour to dal lake, sonmarg, gulmarg and yusmarag. My experience was really good with the owner samir shoda was very helpful and kind heart-ed as a family member. So kindly do visit their property i bet u won't regret.
