Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa

The hyatt in doon is absolutely lovely as a property, it’s got this very cosy yet grand winter cabin meets living room vibe, modern yet classic. The restaurant is well lit with huge bay windows of sorts, there’s a great view of the mountains, the decor is on point. The rooms are minimal and modern and have contemporary fixtures and the club room has a balcony and there’s free minibar and cocktail hours which is great. But the management is poorly handling the place, most of the staff seems lost and not very well trained in customer service, we had reached super late and had requested for our (cocktail hours to be kept on hold) but the first response and 12 other responses were no we have a policy no we cannot do it. After much conversation they did eventually come around and i understand policy but this is what great customer service is all about especially when you are also paying almost for one night. Expect better from the world of hyatt. Whats really really sad is that it’s such a lovely property and the management is not doing justice to it. Out of all the staff we met only one particular server was great and the front desk woman on the morning shift was quite delightful. The breakfast is average and quite limited. The approach road to the Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa is terrible so yes it’s a pity that such an amazing place is not getting its due.

My stay at the hyatt regency dehradun was absolutely amazing! from the moment i arrived, i was greeted with exceptional service that continued throughout my entire stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The food at the Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa was simply incredible. Every meal was a culinary delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had an impressive selection of both local and international dishes. Special shout out to jamal and savleen for their outstanding service. They were always attentive, courteous, and made my stay even more enjoyable with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, my experience at the hyatt regency dehradun was exceptional, and i highly recommend this Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

This was a short break. The stay started on a good note as the Hotels duty manager (Satyam) arranged for my daughters bday and decorated the room really nicely. The property is still coming to terms with how it wants to serve it's guest in terms of smaller details. had informed that we would want to celebrate my daughter's bday in the evening, however seems that other duty manager was.nor very keen to serve which resulted the cake being brought late. These are small details which make the experience go from good to great. Also room cleaning took lot of time with repeated requests. food quality was excellent and the credit goes to the chefs on the property. Given the brand name of Hyatt was expecting much better service overall during the stay. Hope they can better the experience on my next visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hyatt regency dehradun and it was truly an exceptional experience. The Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the amenities and services provided were very gud. The room was spacious, comfortable, and with all the modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with premium toiletries. The food was delicious. Throughout my stay, the Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa staff went above and beyond to ensure that i had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, i would highly recommend the hyatt regency dehradun to anyone traveling to the area. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.

The location of property is very good, hills on all side. If the route can be connected to main road it would be advantageous. So that extra kms of going inside narrow lanes can be cut down. The food: a tasteful variety of all cuisines and each dish wash prepared with great effort. The chef is very experienced to make such yummy food. The service : the entire staff right from enter an e of the property to lobby, reception, restaurant spa, pool, was very courteous and friendly. The Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa is senior citizen friendly too, they took good care of my parents who are 70. All the services, amenities are provided in Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa and good staff to take care. Thanks

We had taken a package of room plus breakfast and dinner buffet. The property is located bit off the main road and approach road is quite rough. We initially faced difficulties in getting the room as promised to us but mr avinash was quite humble and ensured the room for us. The rooms are spacious and a twin room is good enough for a couple with two small kids. There are great amenities especially the bar restaurant, swimming pool and the kids zone. The breakfast and dinner buffet were quite lavish and you get a good variety. However, they really need to work upon the quality of the food. Overall it was a great stay and we will recommend this anyone opting for peaceful stay in the valley.

We had a pleasant stay for the weekend at hyatt dehradun. It’s a new modern property and had well appointed rooms and large common spaces indoors and outdoors. The coffee shop, range, is the focal point of all activity, with access to a large outdoor space. The property offers beautiful view of the malsi forest on east and south side and of mussoorie road on west and north side. The food at the coffee shop “range” was the high point of our stay. Every meal was good, food and beverage staff was very responsive. We met the various chefs who were always happy to cook something special for us. The massage experience at the spa was also very good. A good relaxing weekend getaway.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa. Everything about the Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Nice property with gorgeous views of mountains.

The rooms were nice and the property was good. Excellent breakfast with loads of options. I loved the swimming pool with the fantastic view of the hills.

Was travel-ling with kids, this is a nice place to stay with family. Kids were happy with its play area, camp hyatt. Don’t miss the breakfast with live classical music, really good food along with great hospitality from the staff.

It is worth spending the money on this property. The view and hospitality is just amazing. Our booking included breakfast and the spread was top notch! also do visit the sky pool for a quick dip & drinks just for o enjoy the view and good music!

Hyatt regency dehradun is located on the mountain slopes between dehradun & mussoorie & has a lovely view. The rooftop bar & pool are the highlights.
