Top floor rooms burning and ac is also not working properly. Round table not available in room after twice complain no boddy came for that. The food quality was good. Location also nyc.

the rooms were spacious and the management was also good. initially there was a stinking smell from the rooms but then they changed the room immediately and provided a clean room. overall a good experience 👍

Wrist experience, very bad experience, food is very bad, oily. Not a family restaurant. Full disturbance at night, not relaxed. Not allowed to go at that hotel ever. Hotel management also take extra amount of 2000 for room maintenance after paid room rent. Very expensive.

Dear imagica hotel team, i wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality i received during my recent stay at your hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, i was disappointed with the breakfast experience. While i understand that options may be limited, i was surprised to find a restricted menu. Moreover, when i requested some additional items, the staff seemed unwilling to accommodate my requests, which was disappointing. Despite this, i appreciate the efforts of the front desk and housekeeping staff, who were friendly and efficient. Please pass along my thanks to them. I hope you will consider expanding your breakfast options and training your staff to be more accommodating to guest's requests. I would still recommend your hotel to others, but with the caveat to be prepared for a limited breakfast selection. Best regards, amit raman

Stay is good considering the cleanliness but situated on udaipur highway and 12 km away from city. If you travel-ling by car it's o key but not dependable on public transport. Break fast option is too chit-ted to pay 400 rupees extra. Not recommended to book with breakfast option
