Impex Hill Resorts

Food is amazing. We had dinner and breakfast booked- variety was outstanding for both veg and non veg. Room service was great too! would recommend it anyday. Room was a little smaller than expected but beautiful view nevertheless. Only issue i faced was that i asked them to keep a box of something in their refrigerator and forgot to take it back. But when i came after a week (post my trek)they lied to me saying that i handed an empty box to them. I understand the box wasnt retrievable after a week but lying to my face left a bitter sweet experience.

we ordered Kashmiri Dum Aloo the first night westayed there. the taste was ok but the quality was way too less, 4 really small pieces of potato, the soup we ordered was served in a small bowl meant for vegetable. Gulab Jamun was also really small. everything here had cost but with very low quantity. Our breakfast was included. what I fail to understand is who serves Maggi in the breakfast buffet? the behavior of the person taking orders was also very rude. I will never visit that Impex Hill Resorts again ever in my life

The Impex Hill Resorts is bit off road on hill but location is good. Climate is superb as it's half the way on hill. The place is almost silent so you will have a peaceful stay and relax on your trip. I've stayed and recommend Dal lake view rooms so you can view half of Srinagar I. E. From Shankaracharya temple to Heritable. Don't miss the Apple, Pear and Figs tree/garden at home opposite to Impex Hill Resorts. Services are good and staff is eager to make your stay comfortable also they provide cabs at good rates.

Impex hill is a very good Impex Hill Resorts, away from city and near the Dal lake. It has very nice Dal lake view. Food is good. Stayed with family. We took a room with view on third floor. They helped us with hiring cab also. Food is reasonable. The facility is near to all the places that needs to be seen in Srinagar. Market is also near by the facility. Recommended for family! Dal lake and nishat gardens is walking distance from the Impex Hill Resorts. Food is also served is garden and room. Beautiful place.

We stayed 2 days here and the best part of this Impex Hill Resorts is the balcony view ... The amazing Dal Lake is in front. The Impex Hill Resorts is really maintained and staff are well trained well behaved. Room heater hot water everything is up to mark but again a very good part is the Chef of the Impex Hill Resorts. We had some amazing cuisines over there. There is a small **** parlour is inside and a shop of kashmiri shawls and all. It is a very nice Impex Hill Resorts to Stay in with full family.

Room was spacious with inviting interiors and a tidy bathroom. Location is a bit interior (may be 1-1. 5 kms from Dal lake/ Nishat) but when we reached the place it was awesome. It was in a raised place with a top view of Dal lake. Breakfast was good-very good Bread omelette and Poha. Hotel had good with a variety of potted plants, picnic tables and a swing. Saw Mynaa, Kingfisher and sparrows. By the way be prepared to tip as is the custom in many north Indian Impex Hill Resortss.

The stay in Hotel was wonderful, food quality was very good, being a complete Veg had a concern about the food cooked, however as assured by Impex Hill Resorts staff they kept separate kitchen for veg food which was a good relief. The Impex Hill Resorts staff was very cooperative calm and helpful, even I booked by cab through Impex Hill Resorts which I got at a very reasonable rate thanks to Mr. Junaid (Hotel Manager) and other staff. Overall my trip went wonderful and relaxed.

The rooms were good. If you want lake view Impex Hill Resorts, be ready to pay 300rs more. Staff were courteous. Food was good. Complimentary breakfast was average with just parathas, omelettes and bread toast. They also have cab facility. They charge rs 16, 000 for one day tour. Hotel is very close to Shalimar and Nishat garden. You also have free Wi-Fi service. This is really helpful for those who have pre-paid connection as only postpaid connections work in J&K.

Hotel neet and clean supporting staff food was tasty toilet clean staff well behafed parking fecelity

We stayed for 3 nights and it was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The food was great considering that we are vegetarians. The location is not the same as that shown in the maps. It's a narrow road leading to the resort. All in all, it was worth.

The stay was nice, good property, enjoyed the view, would recommend to others. Thanks Juniad for everything.

Very helping staffs and value for money

Nice Impex Hill Resorts to stay, Impex Hill Resorts owner and staff are very polite specially Junaid Ji. Food is ok, they also provide car service to visit sightseeing and I specially thanking Mr Junaid who provides us very good driver during our stay. I strongly recommend everyone's to visit there.

It was an excellent experience regarding nice location ie dal lake view, foods were excellent, hospitality awesome.

Rooms are good and clean. Very comfy stay with dal lake view in distance. Car bike parking is available. It's 1 km away from main road so if you don't have car or bike then most of the auto won't drop you there at the Impex Hill Resorts. Otherwise the stay is very good

Great stay with all modern amenities; esp the room heating is spot on and a major relief from the frosty outdoor winters

Good and nice Impex Hill Resorts. Stayed here for 2 days. Rooms are very neat and clean. Will recommend to take this Impex Hill Resorts in a silent place also the view of Dal lake is very good from the Impex Hill Resorts. Food was average but love this location.
