1st thing is that it's not 2 to 3 minutes walk for beach, it's approx 10 minutes walk to reach beach side. 2nd receptionist were rude while talking and rooms were not ready even we reached late by 2 hrs.

While entering the hotel found TV no setup box, No Fridge, No Towel, Bathroom Tap brocken. each thing one by asked by the hotel service team was fixed one by one. i went on Vacation but looks like I was repairing supervisor for the hotel room. Another issue food the morning breakfast is too poor that breakfast costs max Rs.100 only puri and sabji. breakfast cafeteria was not cleaned table and chair are too dirty. No lift is available on this hotel third floor every time has to go by the staircase.

soloIt's location is good, near calangute beach and not far away baga beach. Market is near. Restaurants are near. Wine shop is in the hotel itself. You can find them nearby also. Room is good with mentioned facilities. Swimming pool is good feature of the hotel. I booked it for one day only but now staying for one full week. Hotel restaurant provides 3 out of 5 rating breakfast which is okay with me. Though not very professional but the staff is good.

Good stay for couples. Cleanness is good. Hot water is not available before 8. 30am even if you request. Location is accessible to nearby beaches. Staff also ok. Finally i would recommend for families stay.

I have stayed for two nights. Last year also i stayed here for two nights. Good property. This time hand shower was not working in the bathroom. I have informed this and they haven’t resolved it till i checkout. Every thing else was good.

Best hotel for couples and family near calangute beach walking distance

The room was neat and clean the washroom was clean too. I have read the old reviews in which some were horrible and some were excellent. But aftwr booking when i reached tge resort and got tye room then i was happy as the room was big in size neat and clean smelled fresh and the food and hospitality was also very good. Will book here again for sure in my next goa trip.

Unhygienic and total money waste
