1. The linen bed sheets of my room weren't fresh. There were pills all over on it which made my sleep experience very unpleasant. They hardly had complementary kits like dental kit or footwears. That was very annoying.

it was a very basic lodge stay with no hotel-like comfort.

This is not a hotel, it’s just a lodge. The room was extremely small — more like a balcony converted into a room. There were no basic amenities: no tea/coffee mugs, no kettle for hot water, and not even simple toiletries like soap, toothpaste, or toothbrush. Overall, it does not match even minimum hotel standards. Definitely not worth it if you’re expecting comfort or proper facilities.

Very bad, its not a hotel its a Lodge

Its a lodge type hotel very unhygenic very bad. Wanted to stay for night and still bad. The bedsheet at hair, lipstick marks. Very bad. Hygine level was Zero. They say they have breakfast in breakfast there was just Poha and Tea and no other option. Even tea was stale and was prepared some time ago just reheated before serving.

1. Rooms were clean 2. room size was ok 3. no parking space not at all, we had to park our vehicles on road 4. lift was not working 5. The hotel was average, not value for money. Rooms were quite basic, just like a basic room in a flat. Pictures of room are quite misleading. The only good thing was they had a decent breakfast and breakfast area was nice. Overall, it was not worth the amount they are charging.

Its a small hotel nit sure why itzy has gave a brand name to it, not worth the money. Very limited car parking, big room but lacks cleanliness.
