    I have been traveling to Landsdowne for 5 years. I have visited here almost 5 times and I end up staying here only. The view is amazing. The food is affordable and the uncle who prepares food is an amazing human being he takes care of all your needs and wishes when it comes to food. The uncle who owns this resort is one of the genuine and down to earth person I had ever met. He took care of us as if we were his children's. He always calls us just to make sure we are safe if we don't reach back resort on time while traveling to land done. Even uncles wife is also pretty down to earth lady. It feels like as if they are family. They just need to work a little more on the cleanliness of the room. Rest everything is perfect.

    The place is situated in the lap of dense forest and view is really amazing. One can see the best sunset of the lansdown and most important sunlight is there from morning 9 till sunset. The facilities are just basic but that the best deal you can grab at this rate in lansdown. Now coming to food, you will not feel like you are staying in a homestay or Jai Hari Jungle Homestay | Rooms & Caretaker it is just your ghar wala khana. This property is managed by a very cordial family whom we had some conversations with during our stay and all had a very nice and warm demeanor overall a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Jai hind

    Food is simple but good. Made to order. Place is small, good, peaceful. View point is also good. There was nice wind almost all the time. Very pleasant environment where you can chill and relax. Don't book this if you have a person with you, who can not climb down steps or terrain. Car parking is at a higher elevation.
