Water from wash basin was salty and unusable.....Breakfast was too late......reception said 730 and tatva said 745am....even coffee was not available at 715am....

Everything was good

Good ambience of the property Room we had to ask mini fridge. No cieling fan Ac takes 15mins time tomswitch on if stabilizer switched off Balcony thwy had only one chair and no coffee table. Upon asking thwy gave funny chair that does not belong to balcont Bathroom bathtub leaks Jacuzi not fully functional Less people but still asked to check out on time. Extension could have been given Food portion for the cost charged.

Property location is good. However the room was in very bad condition. The service was very poor. The rooms were having bad smell.

Full of DUST, All Scrap Items inside room including cot + 2 to 3 sofas, No Room Service, One of the AC doesn't work inside the bedroom, FOOD is very, very Expensive!!!. JACUZZI. Room was totally waste of money and that JACUZZI also was not cleaned yet.

i had a peaceful full stay in jal mahal resort ,hopefully i will vist next time during dhasara festival

It was a good experience, food was average and amenities were good. No swimming pool for kids Overall, good experience for Family.

The stay at Jal Mahal Resort, Mysore was overall decent. The reception could have given clearer details about the property. Rooms felt a bit old, but the staff was polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good but overcrowded.

the campus is wonderful but the service is not upwot the mark. had to follow up several times for some basic service needs

Resort room is not clean and bathroom is not what you are showing in images service is very poor room ac doesn't work properly they have very old ac. Food is too expensive as per service and taste. Only breakfast is okay

Absolutely loved the service and hospitality at Jalmahal Resort. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Very uncomfortable stay due to broken flush. Extension and AC was not working properly. Even though we complaint multiple times, they couldn't fix the issue to change the room. They didn't have enough space to accommodate guest for breakfast. Would not recommend anyone fot this resort anymore

Very nice property with lots of greenery and courteous staff. Divya was very helpful to give us room of our choice. I find all staff very helpful and polite and ready to help. Place is clean and breakfast was very delicious. Only one improvement suggestion could be put some glasses in bath area so that bathroom can be dry and clean.

the property is wonderful with all kind of facilities. Mr. yashwanth was superb executive and made our experience memorable.

Maintenance of resort and room is not so good and too late response for room service .
