The staff don’t provide a soap, water, ac remote no body can touch once in entire stay just they are only money earning not hospitality

Services very poor, staff non cooperating no intercom in room no regulator in fan

Rooms are not cleaned, bed sheet bed cover blankets are dirty, electricity breakdown every night, staffs are illiterate they don't understand english or hindi. Over all very bad experience

Ambiance 0, staff worst, electric problem always, bed very unhygienic.

1st the owner told me I don’t know about MakeMyTrip booking and why I don’t book directly from the hotel and after seeing the MakeMyTrip confirmation and money receipt they told till 4 pm I did not get an email from MakeMyTrip. Then when Laxmi told about complaints he gave room and the condition of the room is very very worst Ac not working fan not working and told 1 phase current is there so I am arranging all statements are false that owner told. 2ndly after complaints, he gave another room to Ac but the remote he didn’t give Laxmi. Bathroom and toilet very very dirty bed sheets are not clean seems it has been used before and smells bad after complaints he did not give good bed sheets till morning. Charged again.

Stayed there just for a night. Cleanliness was poor.
It's not worth the money. It was not clean too.

Very disappointed. No matter for how many days you stay they will not clear the room and they will not even change the bed sheets.

Hotel room very smelling badly, no hot water, electric current in geyser and taps in bathroom and no cleanliness everyday.
Office staff very rude and impolite, they didn't want to give facility but just asking for money and money.

Great stay at this hotel and would love to visit again as it was near to temple sea side is far but transportation are always there to reach to the beach. A very memorable time I spend with my family. Thanks MMT.

Location is good and access to cabs and buses. With shared transport you can easily reach temple. Rooms are clean and big size with needed facilities. Hotels are nearby and morning breakfast you can have just before the hotel if you don’t want to eat inside

Hotel was good and only thing is foo ding not available. All channels are not available on STB. A/C was liitle slow to respond. I had to ask for A/C remote after check in. Overall experience was good. And worth for money

Good location. Parking limitations. Staff some good but asking for printed copy of booking. Drinking water not available. Two bed provided for whole family. Reception should have been better.

Very bad experience I got over there .. First of all the hotel is very far from sea beach auto takes 50 to 80rs to take us to the beach .. But it is near to station and temple .. And the person over the reception is very rude .. They took my voter id and when I asked it back they are not able to find it, and blaming that I have not given to them later on after lot of search they got it ... As we booked a luxury AC room so the quality of room is good .. But service is very poor .. On ask they will provide .. Food in this hotel is satisfactory, we like it ..

Worst hotel ever. Don't ever go just by seeing the price. AC didn't work at the first room, then in 2nd room no TV. Lift is not working. Staff didn't come for help. No hot water. No parking space. Worst we just waste so much money. I went with my family and so bad the hotel was I even can't make an eye contact with my father. I blame makemytrip why these **** hotels are listed in their apps.

Service is not at all good. They didn't even supply cold drinking water. Their intercom also not working. Overall , the stay was not good and service is worst among all hotels. If you have no other option then consider it.

It was the worst experience in this hotel ... I will never suggest anybody to go there. One thing was good at the location ie .. Conveyance was easily available. People are very helpful in Puri ... I loved Puri

Systems are not updated I. E. We booked rooms online, about 2 months before, but when we went there and asked they told that rooms are not available. Then there was lot of chaos and when we got rooms, room-service was not at all present except when it was time to check out. Besides beehavior and attitude of people was not what anyone would expect after a long day.

WORST EXPERIENCE, BAD MANAGER AND STAFF, NO PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. ALSO BAD EXPERIENCE FROM MMT STAFF. Below average conditions and also bad route map from MMT. Go ibibo is far better and we vowed not to take any booking from MMT ever. Far from satisfaction.
