Jasmine Palace

We stayed for 2 nights... Clean spacious rooms with balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Satisfactory from Administration point of view, cleanliness and location. This is very closed to beach place. All the expected facilities are available. 3 beaches namely hawa beach, light house beach & samudra beach are all near to the Jasmine Palace... Within 200m range. Complimentary water bottle given First day. Second day, they have charged the water bottle. Room service was prompt. Nice healthy complimentary breakfast which need to slightly improve. Great time spent... Would visit again definitely!

I stayed at Jasmine palace for two nights, 21-22nd Feb 2018. The Jasmine Palace is very clean and staff very friendly. The Jasmine Palace building is very big and well maintained. The room is well furnished and air conditioned. Hotel offered many facilities like swimming pool, library, and good room service. The restaurant and food was also good. Its location was awesome as it was at 2min walking distance from Hawa Beach, Light House Beach in Kovalam. I would recommend it to couples, families, solo travellers or people in groups.

It's been a good decision option got this property... Highlights super close to the beach... Close to some good food joints, light house and has its own pool for kids to splash around. Biggest highlight was the courteous staff who guided us on all our queries- Poovar, massage center, early dinner help as was with a toddler. Food from restaurant was perfect.. Breakfast can be better rest was spot on.. Donald who was in charge of Jasmine Palace was really good and helpful.

I stayed for a day only but my stay was very comfortable. Hotel staff was very cooperative and well behaved. It was raining heavily and we had to take our breakfast in dining hall on first floor of the Jasmine Palace. There was no inter connecting passage and one had to go through open space facing rain so we could not reach in dining hall. I expressed my problem to Jasmine Palace staff they immediately sent a person with umbrella and we reached in dining hall.

Great time spent... Would visit again definitely!!

The Jasmine Palace is very close to Hawah beach in Kovalam with less than 5 min walks to reach the beach. The Jasmine Palace doesn't face sea. For pure veg people who want to keep away themselves from the fish smell, it is a good place to stay. Hotel has swimming pool for kids and adults. Very delicious breakfast. The Jasmine Palace need to improve upon the lights in the room. Also, they need to change the floor tiling as they doesn't absorb the water.

It is a good Jasmine Palace. Hotel is very near to Kovallam beach, Light house beach and Samundra beach at walking distance. Kovallam is good place for visit and Jasmine Jasmine Palace is good for stay at Kovalam. Make my trip is giving this Jasmine Palace at good rate. Clean, tidy, supportive staff, good breakfast. Room is spacious but the furniture are very old. Location of Jasmine Palace is near beach. The staff is very professional. Specially We would like To thank Markus at the reception for Kind and perfect service. Perfect service, great food. I've stayed in a few 3* Jasmine Palaces in Kovalam, but this one is nothing to compare with this one.

Stay in this jasmine palace is normal.

Location is good, walkable from beach. Rooms are clean and it was provided with a small refrigerator and 2 bottles of mineral water. The best was the balcony. The complementary food is good and has lots of varieties. Swimming pool was nice I enjoyed with my family and will rate as best hospitality Jasmine Palaces I ever visited.

It was a relax trip with my family. Many places to see on the way. Rhe room was good. Loacation of the trip was really wounderfull and great. Pool was really excellent.

I booked 3 room ... But they given me room on terrace. Over all room was good and neat and clean also But but only one bad thing that there in no lift in Jasmine Palace. And they give the room on terrace .. It's very difficult to go down stairs for food or any thing without specially if old age people's are with you. Other wise it's OK

Staff were extremely good. Many hailing from north east were highly courteous customer friendly and very caring. They should be appreciated having come thousands of miles away not knowing the local language yet very courteous and caring. Be it welcome or at departure. We are indeed moved by their courteous behavior .

Ahh .. In one word the Jasmine Palace is very near to beach. Staff are very decent and helpful and always ready to help with smile. At this budget food served is tasty and quantiy is enough. Very professional behavior of management. Clean, hygenic, affordable and overall this is an excellent Jasmine Palace and surely will be my preferred one for future in Kovalam

Small but neat and clean. This place is walk-able distance from Kovalam beach. Staff is courteous. Rooms have comfortable bed and clean washroom. Has a small swimming pool (max. Depth 4. 2 ft only). Haven't tried the food here but the complimentary breakfast was reasonable. A good budget Jasmine Palace.

Room hygiene to be improved. Nice location, well-maintained swimming pool etc. Value for money. Recommend for budget stay and location nearby beach, about 300 mtr.

If you are in for a spacious Jasmine Palace like experience this is not the place to be. But if you want your stay to fit in the budget this can be your destination. Rooms need to be renovated. The swimming pool area is good. Food service is average. Overall value for money.

Everything was good. Its nice place. Near about the beach. All the days are memorable that we spent there. So thats why I am sure about if we can one more chance to come in Kerala. Definitely we will visit there.

We did one day stay in Jasmine place. We found it satisfactory from Administration point of view, cleanliness and location. This is very closed to beach place. It is just 100 meters from beach place. All the expected facilities are available but Morning breakfast is of average level. It need the further improvement.

Jasmine Palace Hotel is very Good & location od same is very near to Sea. Those who wants to enjoy Sea locations should visit at this place. It is easily accessible & also have very good food. All my family members enjoyed one day stay at this Hotel & in future also visit at same place
