i stayed with my family for 3 days. We checked in without any issue or waiting time. Jet paark team has helped us alot. Place was exactly same as it is shown, very neat and clean. There was no disturbance from neighbous. There was a near by shop where all necessary daily usage items are found. All in all it was an extremely pleasant stay for us. Special thanks to room service team, i have a toddler (2 years) with us. Sometime we forgot to bring milk but room service team took care of everything. It was very relaxing for us as we understood jet paark team is available to take of everything. Everything was 5 star. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. It is worth the money.

Booked deluxe in room in offseason and got high discount room was excellent 👍 staff also good to deal nice.

But they lack the skills of hotel management. Premises is not clean and not maintained well. They can check maroon a lot of amenities but most of the things are sub standard or not working. The property is located in quite an isolated area but close to the centre of the town of bathery. The rooms are spacious but need upkeep and maintenance, customer service could be better. Had to ask for bathroom amenities, ac remote are not available. But overall, you get what you pay for

Elevated landscape, good if you drive own vehicle, cooperating obedient staff, good food at affordable rates, wheelchair provided for elderly, well-maintained swimming pool, spacious rooms, close to the town center.

Had a good stay. Place was clean and the near to city with all important places nearby. All facilities provided in the hotel. Staffs were very friendly. Mr. Riyas was very helpful and friendly. Food could have been improved.

Good one must visit the hotel situated in peace full place

Its shown as 4star resort hotel. But not standard even 3star. Amenities not maintain. Our room bathroom door can't close its damaged. Pillows are very old and dirty. Not enough staff. Responds from reception very poor. Tv at room not working. But room spacious bathroom cleaned and any time hot water is the merit

Hotel ambiance is nice. Very beautiful garden landscape and scenic lush green view. Located near market area still very calm and peaceful area. Very nice and spacious room (I would call it suite). Price also reasonable. Stall also polite. Overall enjoyed my stay there and would visit again if I travel to Wayanad again in the future.
