Clean rooms, good food. Conveniently located at walking distance from main market. Parking available.

When we checked in. The wash room was not cleaned, dustbin was broken, kettle was provided but without cups, balcony chairs were in bad condition, but everything was replaced and fixed as soon as we informed the staff. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. Morning breakfast was good. We had a pleasant stay.

This Hotel is near to Leh market and Leh palace 500 mtr hardly. Rooms are good and spacious. Hot water available during day due to solar heater. No geyser in rooms. No Electical blanket. Ample parking space is available. Staff is very cooperative and always present whenever you need. Breakfast spread is good. They served is omelette. Paranthas, bread butter & Jam.And Poha. Thay have packed our next day breakfast as we were leaving early. Dinner at hotel was at fair price compare to outside. They customised dinner accordingly to our taste. They have open sit out space as well. Owner Jigmet is very nice person. Overall our stay was good.

We know in leh maximum tourist are from out of india but you should make few good option in break fast for indians as well.

The hotel is located near main market. That's the only good thing about it. Staff was polite and helpful and food was good. Service is fast. The issue is the room didn't have fan and it was somewhat hot in leh. Also, the tv (dish) wasn't working (most of channels were not available. Parking is there but not that big, will fit only 5-7 cars. I went in off season (july) so parking wasn't an issue.

Property location is very good. I was unaware but it is very close to leh market. Good service, good food, polite behaviour and very neat & clean room.

Hospitality undefined. The hotel has a very peaceful atmosphere. Very helpful, they will arrange everything for you like permits, cabs etc. If you want to try local cuisine they will make it for you at their home kitchen. Very impressed with jig-met hotel. The rooms are spacious and airy.

Location is nearer to main leh market. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff is cooperative. Even, we couldn't place order for dinner in time but they provided some sort of dinner and excused for arranging no of dishes in dinner and didn't take money for dinner. Thank you mr jigmet.
