Room had mosquitos, couldn’t provide a mosquito repellent. Bedsheet , pillow and towels had stains. Had to request multiple times for water bottles and soaps. A very terrible experience..

family with 1 kidFantastic Experience with the family. Good location - walking distance to the serene, non-crowded Awas beach. Well kept, clean rooms and fantastic food. Staff is very helpful and service standards are excellent. The Jogalekar family also is very friendly; don't miss their adorable dog Leo. Highly recommend this place for a short getaway.

We booked joglekar resorts they denied us to give fish at Lunch time and 2 times they were giving us Chicken only & after that they told us to pay EXTRA 5000 for fish. According to them everything we have to do in time like breakfast,lunch and dinner.We taught we have came to some boarding schools.yes i agree that rules are necessarily but Joglekar resorts there is too much rules.Also no one came for cleaning the room. only I like the garden ..short I didn't like their rules of resorts.

1. Fish was not included in your booked package hence that was charged extra, when any guest books any hotel it doesn't give him privilege to demand anything. Fish was not included in your booked package. 2. our time for lunch and dinner is fixed and we think anywhere in the world there is opening time and closing time of the kitchen (unless its 24hrs open restaurant. Our dining time is well mentioned while booking.

Staff were not friendly. Their way of talking was not good. Customers should be treated well. People coming from far should also consider for their convience. Just because i have done already online full payment and i did not approach them via some references their behaviour was totally bad towards my family. I really did not like their behaviour. Showers were note working and bathroom was dirty.

Below par amenities given the price. Spider web in the room. Curtains were improper. Bathroom latch not working. Food was ok. We had separately ordered dinner which costed 1100 and guy wanted remaining payment at the time of check in itself as we were gonna run away midnight. The first thing they told us was “there’s pending payment of yours” i was like dude we haven’t yet had that dinner. Overall wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Firstly we really apologize if there were some spider nets, if you had informed us in reception, we would have definately sent person to clear it off. Speaking about payment policy, we clearly mention that it is not compulsory to have meals at jogalekar cottage, also no where we mention that we have restaurant, hence we only cook food which is pre ordered and paid. hence even going ahead any any other guest wish to have their meals at jogalekar cottage, they are most welcome but the order must be placed by paying the amount. Just to give an reminder to the guest who has written review, even when we go to food mall, we always place order by paying and then only the order is served.

We clearly remember this person, when we had received a complaint regarding ac not working, i myself had gone to his room and checked and found that AC was perfectly working fine, this person had kept bathroom and room doors open, in this condition getting cooling is not possible. Taking meals is not mandatory on our propery, if Mr. Shrirang had booked the package of only room then he had the option of going anywhere outside, it was his choice. We have the policy that we serve package food only(due to some practical reasons . Now if he was not ok with our condition he still had the option of going outside but choosing to take meals and still complaining shows his rough attitude. During checkin we had clearly explained all these things

good place for family and friends outing. very good food. staff is very friendly. rooms are clean. awas beach is 10 minutes walking. would recommend this place 👍 request to hotel - 1. please keep the in house animals (birds and tortoise) in habitable condition or just let them free 🙏 2. please change the soaps (current ones look good but do not lather)

familyI stayed here for 1 night, rooms are average for the price paid. The bathroom was not clean. In the bathroom, the tap continued to leak all the time due to which there was water all over the bathroom. For 3 persons, only 2 towels were provided and one tiny soap bar. No toothpaste was provided. I found some bananas rotted in drawers maybe from last visitors but it was not got clean. There were a lot of mosquitoes which ruined the sleep. Room soundproofing was so bad that I can hear each and every sound from outside during the night. Lunch and dinner start time is too late, 1:30 pm lunch and 9 pm dinner, you won't get food before this time, breakfast also starts at 9:15 am. For the price tag overall stay is overpriced and below average. Table tennis was there but it was not usable. All rackets were in bad shape and can not be used to play good things - swimming pool. Food kids play area. Lawn.

Our charges for lunch dinner are mailed in advance so that if any one wish to not have food in our hotel they are welcomed. And as this is home prepared food if any once cancels his order it becomes difficult for use to manage but still u cancel-led the dinner at 11th hour but we accepted and managed our way. Our package with all meals is bit cheaper but if any one books only for rooms then the charges goes on higher side as it is not planned. But still if you found our charges too high you could have opted to dine out of our hotel as our charges were informed to you well in advance before checkin via sms and call.
