We stayed at Joys Resorts, Munnar for two nights, and our experience was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The view from the Valley View rooms was absolutely breathtaking. However, the cupboards in the room looked a bit dated, and it would have been nice to have a kettle and a refrigerator for added convenience. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort to our friends and family.

The location is perfect. It is at Chinnakanal, not Munnar. This way, you can avoid the crowds in Munnar but still see the pristine nature. Food and amenities are average but not bad. The property should be more proactive in keeping the area near the staff quarters clear of waste and stray dogs. Mr. Rajesh, the manager, is a wonderful person and helpful in all aspects. Choose the valley view rooms for a great view.

They has too many other rooms still said we don’t have another room. I booked 2 rooms and in both the rooms hot water was not coming. Because of this issue I’m late to reach my another destination. Staff didn’t gave proper reposese.

Food was below average. Rooms were not cleaned properly. No proper communication and they were no staff please don’t book this.

Property location was superb, view was also good, some activities are possible within the property itself, due to staff shortage there was delay in dinner apart from that everything was good and on time for us

I stayed in room number 2002, the room was in a very bad situation. There was bad smell, back of the bed is very terrible, i could see that they were putting all the dust under the bed. By 2am power went down and i tried to call the reception but no one responded. Power came only by 6am

No proper response for check-in and check out. Horrible maintenance, even no usage water for time. Food also not good.

The only good thing about this resort is it’s location. It give a beautiful panaromic view of the valley. Apart from this the service and room amenities are pathetic. The linen is dirty, room fixtures are either missing or not working. Telephone and television is not working. Room service is just very very sub standard. They don’t even have a electric kettle to boil water. Though it seems they had earlier provision for it but now they simply just don’t provide it. And if you ask for an additional quilt, they say they have all the rooms booked and no spare quilt. Rooms have a persistent smell of fungus. Buffet breakfast is very ordinary and that too falls short if even 80% guests come at the same time. It’s best to avoid this resort. Never going there again.

Situated in a breathtaking scenic location. Unparalleled views from the room. Exceptionally polite staff. Food and service have room for improvement.

The master room was good. But the glass windows of the other room where the additional bed was laid was shattering in the wind whole night and so couldnt get a comfortable sleep. The breakfast was good.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay in munnar which is located at gap road. Spacious rooms and polite staffs.

The property was good and the food wasn't that good. There was a power fluctuation due to rain all night. Rest seems to be fine. Worth for money.

Good location to stay. But food and amenities are very poor. Room cleaning is very low. Hot water kettle and proper bed spreads not provided. Intercom is not working.

As per makemytrip our check in time 2pm for four rooms, but manager hand over room key @5pm if we ask him why late to allotted room got delay he said go and app make my trip we are not resonsible for app booking rooms

Services not as expected like room allocate and not response from manager not minimum maintenance and they won’t take care of app booking customer if we ask any thing simple said that go and ask your app like make my trip
