Jungle Book Resort

This is the only resort with modern amenities situated in this particular area. Location is good and near to NH317, Madhya madarihat. While traveling from Siliguri to this location, you will enjoy a comfortable ride. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and moderately maintained. The balconies attached to the first floor rooms offer jungle views, but if you leave your balcony door open after sunset, you may find some insects in your room. As you are staying in a jungle area, you cannot really complain. At the reception, you can raise your hand if you would like to enjoy a forest safari. In order to avoid hearing that it is already full, please ask them in advance. Seats are limited each day, and you don't want to miss out. Food is tasty, and they provide room service as well. Portion is on the lower side compared to price. In addition, the complimentary breakfast menu has fewer options. There is politeness among the staff. Overall, Jungle Book Resort was a good experience. I will rate 3.5/5.

This is one of the best resorts I hav been in, and surely the best in the area. The food was so delicious and the staff so humble and well trained. Everything in my room was working perfectly well and the maintenance seemed like was done timely. The prices are very reasonable tbh I expected them to be higher as the quality of service is very high the location is perfect and all the forests are nearby and the resort itself is very cozy and comfortable.. the breakfast was a wonderful experience as they serve healthy food with good quality protein choices that any gym rat would be proud off.over all I would vouch for this place over any other .. they advertise quality over quantity and are giving the best service possible at extremely reasonable prices

It was a very pleasant stay there. Humble staff. 2 things are recommended to change. 1. 2 half liter bottles of water are not enough per day and either atleast make drinking water free or provide enough regular water at room. 2. All the bathroom amenities are branded like jaguar and have-ls but the mug and bucket was neither only matching to their standard nor the Jungle Book Resort standard. It was an old fashioned steal bucket with a cutlery which was placed in place of mug i guess. Please make sure atleast to put a decent plastic bucket and mug if possible.

We had a very good experience staying at the property, the resort is located at the proper location with 5 mins walking distance to local market. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very co-operative and gave timely service. The restaurant room service was available till 10:30 which was good. Overall facility, view from room, staff service was excellent. The breakfast could have more options, and the facility should have more recreational activities like a game room. We are very much satisfied with our stay in the jungle book resort- jaldapara

We visited this exquisite resort in may 2023 for a family holiday. Surrounded by greenery and very near to jaldapara national park, this is a nice place to stay. Impressive looks, courteous staffs, nice rooms are a perfect set up for your calm and serene stay. Very well maintained property as the owner stays in the premises. Only the culinary section has got scope for improvement- all others are just perfect. One suggestion- they should have their own booking system.

Our stay at jungle book resort was pretty satisfactory and pleasant. It’s located right next to holong. The jungle is the backyard of the resort. The rooms were big enough. Bathrooms were of decent size. The staff were courteous. Specially mr kanchan das who was incharge of the restaurant, was very much efficient with everything. Expect few food items everything was perfect.

Nice property with ample parking, courteous staff. The guest accommodation building is two stories, and each floor have 8 rooms. Immediately behind this building, jungle of jaldapara stars, just outside the boundary. Hence all rooms are jungle view rooms. Restaurant is multi-cuisine and food quality is very good. Entry gate of jaldapara national park is just 2 minutes away.

Overall things are maintained and being a new property the resort is well equipped with sophisticated gadgets and appliances location is on the mai city and a walking distance to jaldapara resort food is excellent and delicious. You also have a variety of choices to satisfy your taste bud service is very good and the concerned persons are attentive to any discomfort

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Quality of material used in building the place is very good. The staff quality was average. Food quality is also average and definitely could be better. Guest foot fall is very low.

Food, room everything is good expect they charged some unexplained money when i hv upgraded the room from deluxe to superior

Excellent stay, food and service

The resort is beautiful and rooms are well kept and big and clean and nice unexpectedly in this part. We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good with limited spread but nice. Recommended stay with family. Parking is adequate and resort looks lovely

Right from the word go everything was just perfect. All the employees in the resort are well behaved. The manager and the receptionist are knowledgeable about each and every aspect of the jungle safari that is more vital for every tourist before visiting the aforesaid arena
