This property is very nice and location also good. Food is just awesome. amenities & service is excellent 👌

The property location , food, and amenities were really good. However, the property rates are very high as compared to property rates from actual JLR website.

location is awesome, but the facilities have downgraded over years...hospitality has decreased..good is only the safari

Kabini River Lodge is truly amazing for real wildlife enthusiasts. The overall look and feel of the place is great as well. However, the disappointing aspect is the cost of the stay. The Maharaja and Viceroy rooms are expensive and don't bring in any elegance or feel at that price tag. This causes severe lacunae which effectively brings down stay experience. However, the Safari via Jeep and boat are well planned. They should bring down the cost of stay and it is expensive as I have elaborated. Food and other facilities are good and are as per the JLR standards.

Stay was good. Safari’s are the main reason for the stay. Food was awesome. You can feel that the resort has a history associated to it. It gives the retro feel. However the furniture in the tents can be improved. Some of them are dusty. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the people are great.

Room towel is very old need some more food variety staffs are very nice worthable stay but need to improve room quality

Property's location is the main thing to be considered. The proximity to the forest is their usp and the food were decent throughout.

When ones family, including elderly parents, want to see wildlife in the diwali holidays, then the jungle lodges are the best choice. 1. The location, next to the kabini river, is apt to see not just wildlife but birds of all variety. 2. The staff is friendly and warm and dealt with both parents and children in the midst friendly and professional manner. Reminded me of the best in the indian hospitality industry. 3. One needs to be lucky to get the right naturalist to accompany you for the safari. We were indeed lucky as the safari for the resorts around the nagarhole reserve start from the jungle lodges. We got mahesh as our naturalist, in 2 of our jeep safaris and in both safaris he managed to get us sightings of the ever magnificent tigresses, a pack of wild dogs, the giant squirrel, otters among other regulars. In another safari, managed to catch a mother and cub of leopards. In the boat safari, gopal the naturalist, managed to get us views of the malabar hornbill, the migrant osprey with a fish as lunch etc. 4. Lastly, both the quality of the cottages and food was top notch. The spread variety of both veg and non veg was delicious and the staff helping out was ever so eager to please. In all, have always been a fan of the jungle lodges (24 in all) and have checked the list for the next ones to visit

Great stay and close to nature. It gives immense pleasure to stay in jungle resort and also i felt 1 day is not enough, it should be minimum 3 days stay

The Kabini River Lodge by Jungle Lodges is a beautiful and scenic location. The Voiceroy Rooms are very spacious with good ambiance. The staff were very friendly as well. The jungle safaris are a worthy and enchanting experience. Although, the safari guides/drivers can be more engaging and friendly. The food was average in comparison with other Jungle Lodges facilities like The River Tern lodge at Bhadra. The menu was huge and the items were too many, but the taste was average.

Location is right in the the tiger reserve. Food was great. Rooms are cleanly maintained. Itinerary is filled up from checkin to checkout with activities. Lots of activities for children at the property. However the property is overpriced. At the same time, extremely courteous, caring, polite and prompt staff.

I am not giving excellent because the cost is too high so it’s out of reach to many classes in society

Large spacious well maintained rooms. Excellent staff who are ready to help. Good quality meals. Well organised jungle safari. In all a place worth visiting

The resort is spread around a sprawling property with heritage buildings. The rooms are spacious but amenities are basic. Food is ok and service is acceptable.

The ambiance, hospitality and services are excellent. We are satisfied with national park visit arranged by resort. Will visit again !

Stay was pleasant, food was tasty & arrangement was good. April may would be ideal time to spot animals.
