Kamna Hill Resort

A beautiful property, hardly 20 mins away from Shimla mall road, has beautiful luxurious wooden flooring rooms with centralized heating and 24*7 hot water. Almost all the rooms have balconies overlooking the lawn and valley. The toilets are quite big and well sanitized. If you are looking for a Kamna Hill Resort which is away from the hush bush of the city, this one is your go to Kamna Hill Resort. The best part of the Kamna Hill Resort is the staff, took care of all of our needs. Extremely happy and satisfied with my stay. They provide you with options of bonfire ( price negotiable ). They have a beautiful lawn overlooking the valley , you can play badminton, cards or any other game while basking under the winter sun. Facilities & staff - 10/10 , location - 8/10, rooms - 10/10, Food -8/10. The last 600 meters might be a little tough for people who are not accustomed to driving in rough terrains but then that’s the fun of staying in an offbeat location. You can always add off-roading to your list 😛. The staff is more than willing to guide you through the roads or drive your vehicle for you. A big thankyou to the team for making this a memorable stay.

Kamna hill resort is a beautiful place. The resort has a scenic mountain view, a good lawn where you can sit and enjoy that view. Room cleanliness was perfect, never had to contact them for anything regarding cleanliness. Hot water is available 24x7, and the room has a room heater too. Food is really delicious, especially the one that you order for having inside your room. The staff are all polite as well. The waiter - also the person who handled all our food related needs, mr. Harish - is very polite and courteous, and knows how to treat customer well. The only thing that i would like to add is that this place is situated downhill. And according to locals, if it snows, cars stop going to this location, so you are kind of stuck. So just keep that in mind, if you're travel-ling when it's going to snow. But apart from that, 10/10 for the experience overall.

The best decision of our shimla trip was to stay at this resort. Beautiful, serene and pristine. Pros- complementary early check-in, late check-out at very reasonable price, clean and spacious rooms, well maintained property, away from all the tourist noise, all needs are well taken care of, service is quick and staff is very polite. Cons- location is remote but cabs are arranged by the Kamna Hill Resort promptly in case required, food was a bit underwhelming (felt the same wherever we ate throughout the trip, so maybe it is a "shimla" thing. Verdict- have decided to stay at this very resort for our future travels to shimla as well. If you are more into nature and less into pretentious tourist stuff, you will love this place just like we did.

Amazing is actually not the right word for the Kamna Hill Resort or the staff it was just the most appropriate place to stay. Perfect location if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff here and their services are the most spectacular thing! they just make you feel so homely. Vikas ji ( a staff) was soooo nice and he took care of all our needs and how we liked our food. The manager at the front desk is so humble and good and will try to help you with any needs you have. You don't have to think about the cleanliness of the Kamna Hill Resort because that is too notch! the view is just so eye soothing. Waking up to such view is film like. All in all if you come here for a vacation this place is a treat for you!

I have booked Kamna Hills Resort after seeing MMT assured batch to the resort. The Kamna Hill Resort rooms were really very clean and bathrooms were much spacious and clean 10/10 for cleanliness and interiors. All rooms have a balcony with beautiful valley view. Food was very tasty. Simple and very delicious. No aaltu-fault treats. No experiments of food with guests. Hotel staff was very co-operative and very polite with us. All of them used to talk in detail of anything asked. Very good Kamna Hill Resort trained staff and good food. 10/10 for everything. It's a bit away from mall road and have to hire taxies for a to and fro trip.

Beautiful property. Rooms are spacious, well cleaned. Food quality is good. Self driving to the property is difficult, but, the Kamna Hill Resort provides free services of a driver who is a nice guy. The Kamna Hill Resort is located in the lap of nature. If the goal is to stay in a quiet environment this property is a good choice. Room service was not that good. They changed tea making material, cups second day only on asking. Room was not properly sound proof as in the night sound of persons moving on wooden stairs in lobby of Kamna Hill Resort was disturbing. Staff is courteous and well mannered.

Overall it was a nice say at kamna hills, shimla. The staff was very courteous, they paid attention to our issues and tried helping us in the best possible ways. The rooms are quite spacious with a beautiful view from balcony. The place is full of beauty, away from city crowd. We found peace there at the resort. It’s just the way towards the resort is very steep and gps doesn’t help to find the resort. Otherwise, rest everything was superb. Our stay there at kamna hill resort was awesome. I loved the time we spent there with my family. Overall it was a memorable stay at kamna hill resort.

We were a group of friends who booked the stay here and had best memories for lifetime. The view from balcony is so beautiful it feels like a page from fairytale book. Coniferous forest, floating clouds just in-front of your room, relaxing temperature and peaceful surrounding will make you never leave the property. Staff is amazingly so hobble they are at toes to make your stay comfortable and to accommodate all your requests. Food is good with enough amount of varieties. The best part is location being bit offbeat makes it more elegant and appealing. Worth every penny.

The property is in containment area so google map is not working properly. Very difficult to reach the place. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is not up to the mark

Awesome location. Rooms were quite big and spacious with excellent view. A very positive and humble support staff. Nowhere they were found to be failing in service as and when asked for. A beautiful and scenic location. Except for the approach road everything was par excellence. Will like to visit time and again. Compliments to entire team including mr sanjeev thakur, partap singh, the staff at restaurant and room service department. Appreciated.

The approach road is very confusing and narrow, but they offer a free pick up/drop from/to boleuganj or summer hill station. 1. Food is excellent 2. Service staff is great 3. Rooms are at par a 4-star Kamna Hill Resort 4. A very silent tranquil place 5. Wifi speed up to 100 mbps (perfect for work from mountains) not good if you want to do Shimla sight seeing. This is away from all hustle bustle.

One of the best Shimla experience I had staying in this Kamna Hill Resort. The location are best for peace and nature lovers. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The food was awesome. Just like another home. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Around 6-7 kms away from mall road but its better to visit mall Road a day and spent time in peace at the resort. Overall, a great experience and must visit place. Highly recommended.
