Karapuzha Residency

Please don't book a room through this website at Karapuzha residency!! The ownership was changed and now its name is J10 residency. I booked a room through MMT website and paid full amount in advance. Lost my cash and I had to pay another 1000₹ for getting a room there. Even though I sent an email to the website claiming a refund, there was no response from them. Now I'm going to file a petition against them

Bathroom no water in the morning service too bad not taken any calls

My stay at karappuzha residency was truly enjoyable, from the comfortable rooms to the impeccable service and beautiful surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the amenities provided added to the overall relaxation of my visit. I can't wait to return and experience this wonderful hospitality again.

Room was average, but service is not there, hot water not properly working

Room was very comfortable. It was very clean and the hospitality was good. There is problem with water heater. In one of the room we booked, water heater was not working and in another room hot water spilled out of hose from the water heater. Had discomfort in the morning. Other than that it was nice place and very good ambience.

Nice stay, staff are quite good. Rooms are clean and good maintenance.

We were a group of 4 people. We booked for 2 nights, but we missed our first day and arrived in the next day. But we were allowed to stay for the next 2 days at no extra cost. The hotel was clean and decent enough, site seeing places are about an hour drive from the hotel.

The hotel is located approximately 1km away from national highway. Very well maintained room and premises. Staff are very good and keep helping. Within 1. 5km very good hotels are there for food.
