KAVERI HOTEL

The hotel was not good. The badsheet and quilt was dirtily phone was not working. Romm kettle was not working. It was very pathetic

The place is pathetic, guys pls beware. The place is under construction and throughout the day there was hilti and drilling noise. Also, the bedsheets had yellow stains of god knows what. The blankets covers were torn and they were smelling very bad. Toilets had no toilet paper. This is the first time I am rating a hotel so bad. Pls do not book.

The hotel tooms were so bad there was a constant smell in the rooms even after changing a room. The bedsheets has yellow stains of god knows what. Towels were bad and had turned gray in color. On top of this the hotel is under construction and entire time the contruction noise was there in the rooms even after. I so so regret booking this place. Pols beware guys, dont book this place

Hotel kaveri is under construct hotel so morning 9am to till evening 5pm it's very noisy. They are doing carpenter work inside of hotel. If hotel isn't ready for service in full capacitance it should not mention at mmt portal. Secondly food is too costly and quantity is too less as compared to other hotels. Please do not show on your portal such hotels which are inconvenience to customer. I checkout from kaveri hotel zirakpur and move to my next destination at shimla hotel sleeping buddha i booked this shimla hotel from you so if you want offer any discount please give me at shimla hotel. My stay duration at sleeping buddha, shimla is 25th july check in 12pm & check out 27th july 10am

Room service could be improved

The hotel room was too small with cockroaches 🪳 roaming around and when asked for room change I was made to pay additional money ….

No water bottle no dustbin in room no conditioner in bathroom breakfast was in the room and only selected items were provided which they didn't mention while booking. We have already checkout now how can i provide pics

Hotel room given by team were like pg type with such smallest size, staff were untrained, no basic items in room, no tv working, at-the time of checkout, reception guy deny to give checkout invoice hardcopy.

It was a average experience as food was not good and there was electricity issue in the building due to which ac and few other appliances were not working

In one room they are providing only one bottle of water having a capacity of 500 ml. We are 2 people staying in one room and they applied additional charges for water. They have ac in their rooms but they are not allowing us to use the same and also did not provide us remote to access. Later after lots of arguments they have provided us remote but only in 1 room. Overall experience was not good on the ground of drinking water and ac remote

Room was too small. No table and chairs to sit down. Towels in the toilet were wet. Food overpriced with less qty. Front office staff need to be more professional

There was not basic amenities available. For every thing you have to call receptionist and have to wait for 30 min or more. It was horrible experience as there was not water available.
