It was a very good stay for the amount. It was AC room. The host was very polite and the cleanliness maintained is really good. They had compliment breakfast in the morning which tasted really good. They provided neerdose and avalakki. The toilets were clean, they have beautiful property. And there is a lake behind the property which is really nice.

Was ok. No problem for anything. Location was also good

Safer place to stay with family, location is in outskirt of kumta but accessibility is good, food is home made delicious food.

Pros: cut off from town. Breakfast is homemade of good quality. Caretaker does his best to make it comfortable. Cons: The hotel is in a desolate location with a narrow road connection to the NH66. Broken bathroom window panes. Torn pillow covers. No manager insight.

Instead of staying on the other lodges, we chose Kinara Stay and we liked the place very much. Its a value for money stay with clean rooms and beds. The caretaker was very good and he addressed all our needs. The food served was really good and they bring dinner and lunch from their other restaurant from the city. Overall it's a good option for the people to visit Murudeshwar, Gokarna, and Yana.

Located off the highway this calm peaceful place is a great place to stay. The evening a beautiful with a lovely breeze. The breakfast is awesome home cooked. Lunch and dinner are sourced from a nearby restaurant and is awesome. The man Suresh is a gem and is happy to take care of all needs. Good experience.

We have booked two rooms and in one of the room AC was not working and room was very hot. Asked for alternative but the owner bazaar called and if you wish to stay, stay or I will return the money just leave. We felt very bad the way he talked at time the time was around 10:30 we have no choice as he was speaking very arrogantly so left the room. We tried calling MakeMyTrip but as it's was late we couldn't get anyone on line. So our stay was there only for half an hour. The way he is speaking to his guests was very rude as if we came to stay there for free. I have talked to another owner Jagdish who was polite but after some time he switched off his phone. So we have taken the money what we paid and then left the hotel.

Nice ambiance, good staff, nice service.

The hotel is close to 800 meters from a the main road and there is nothing surrounding it. Food has to be ordered from outside and we had to wait for a hour to get our food since they were waiting for all rooms to order food as they had to get food from outside. No activities in this home stay, you will get bored unless you choose this to just come and sleep for the night.
The food was served late. I had to wait for close to a hour.

Location is not good. Air conditioner service is not good. Caretaker is very good and room service is Very good. No Wifi and kumta do not has good veg hotels.
Air conditioner not working properly. It used to stop when voltage fluctuate It is very much in interior and location is not that convenient. Room service is very good though. Thanks to care taker.

The guy who came to welcome us was very nice to us ... He took care of our needs ... Guided us with the places to visit ... Even got fresh fish and cooked for us ... Place is a little interior ... Hard to locate ... Except that it was very nice

Highly recommended homestay for family. Although location is remote, place is well maintained.
