Ohhh my god I can keep on writing for a review on this KOFILANDs experience All I want to say is one must please go to this resort if you are going to thekkady . Location:- In the lap of nature, near, safe and all we want is around us. Service:- Yaa here they created a negligible lacking because of improper room servicing. Any how they understood our difficulties and immediately responded to the same. Otherwise the support and friendliness of the kofiland staff cannot be matched based on my experience in other five star properties, The room:- Another epic It was fabulous, from the point of reception to the door step of room the special battery car "buggy" used to come to either pick us or to drop us within 2 minutes of a call to front desk. The wash room / bathroom was awesome, spacious and the key feature is the jacuzzi inside the bathroom. The curtains, the balcony with eye catching views, everything was tidy and can be given a score of 10 on 10. Facilities & cleanliness :- Gym & spa was there, the pool was another eye catching feature with crystal clear water and pool was located in such a place that we would feel to not to get out of that, welcome drink was soothing and different (served in a brass cups - classically and by evening the lighting was so warm and eyes were loosen up with another classical feeling of kuthuvilakku - a special/traditional kind of multiple deepaks at reception. But one biggest drawback was that they mentioned about boating in the lake that is in the front of the resort but they said that no boating here. Besides everything this the kofiland is outstanding and I am sure of my second visit soon.

Kofiland resorts amidst plantations with a beautiful lake. All the rooms have the lake view and Jacuzzi. Receiving was awesome with a traditional spice drink and details of the resort and activities were explained in a detailed way at the time of check in. Check in was hassle free and swift enough. Rooms were situated little away from reception, but don't worry. Dropping vehicles are always at your service. Coming to room. It was awesome with a lovely lake view. Equipped with all amenities. Jacuzzi was too good except for few sediment particles which came out in the tub in the beginning. Once you let out some water. It was good enough. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Staff is very courteous. They are always at your service. Food was good though breakfast had limited varieties due to off season. But what ever was given. It was tasty. Specially idli, ghee dosa, tea and strawberry shake. Activities like fishing and spice walk are arranged by KOFILAND. We took the spice walk under the guidance of miss Leeba who was well versed with all the plantations in the spice garden. She was so kind of enough to provide us with some plants of interest. She has enlightened us about each and every plant along with it's uses. Overall it was an exceptional stay in kofiland resort. Some suggestions to the management, It would be great enough if there was a provision of your own spice store within the property so that guests can grab on them without hunting for them in the market.

Restaurant is ok. Morning buffet is good other times only a la carte option. Swimming pool good with kids pool but too cold in evening. Spice trail was informative. fishing got 2 fishes but requires lots of patience a better bait like live worms would have been better instead of atta which falls of the hook easily. They have no option to cook the fish we catch, so we let it go to the pond itself. Jacuzzi bathroom is good but stuffy smell inside as no exhaust. Rooms are spacious and had good view of the lights near the lake which was a beautiful spectacle in itself. The staff were nice and courteous. Children's playground is good for small kids with swing and slides. Indoor games only pool and carroms available. Cycling is available 2 cycles for children. The ambience and lighting gives number of photo snap moments. Location difficult to identify entrance to property as no signboard on the way. Tends to overshoot property when coming with Google maps and had to turn back twice. Went for Gavi forest trip from KOFILAND on jeep, breakfast lunch included. The office for booking is nearby at kumily. Most memorable part of our trip with waterfall boating trekking and view of Sabarimala. Charges for KOFILAND stay high as peak season. Thekkady elephant safari nearby.

The KOFILAND location and the ambience is superb and this is the main reason I booked it. I and my wife wanted to spend some quality time in the lap of nature and Kofiland fulfilled it with its beautiful villa. Spice garden visit, fishing and boating are included in their package when you book any room with Kofiland. The way the villas are constructed will gain your attention and as soon as you will enter their gate and step out of your car you will feel the serenity of the nature embracing you. The staff and the manager were very co-operative and polite. There were few areas where we were not satisfied but the manager quickly resolved the issues and also he invited us for a complimentary lunch the next day. Breakfast buffet was good, though the spread was less but every item have good taste. But we felt the rates for ala carte was little expensive and also the quantity was less. Other than this everything was perfect. Front row lake view rooms will give you better view than the second row villas.

Kofiland is beautifully located in a huge coffee estate surrounded by hills. We immediately start loving the place. We had a very warm welcome from the team in traditional Kerala style. Check-in was quick and buggy car took us to the villa. They have offered excellent complimentary visit to the plantation of the facility. It was very efficiently executed by coordinator Leba. She was wonderful in explaining various spice plants. Rooms are large and clean. Very big bathroom with Jacuzzi. Room service is very punctual. Food tasted quite nicely although the prices are on little higher side. Restaurant in-charge is nice and attended to our requests personally. Morning breakfast has nice spread and food tasted very good. Check-out was also very quick, Menu at reception is very efficient. Overall, we had great time at Kofiland and will not think otherwise to go there again.

We spent a wonderful holiday at Kofiland from 26th 30th December 2018. The location was stunningly serene and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and very well designed but there are some maintenance opportunities. Their WiFi was extremely efficient. The staff were outstanding and very open to feedback. What impressed us was their promptness in rectifying the slightest issues. Special mention needs to be made to manu who led the team and Rajan and Lijesh who did an excellent job in the restaurant. The plantation walk and the fishing experience was very enjoyable and informative. I do not remember the lady's name but she made the entire experience amazing! The food was tasty and we really enjoyed the mix of flavors. If yoga is your thing then make sure you attend the session run by Benoy who makes it a very worthwhile experience.

We had an amazing experience in Kofiland, starting from check in which was seamless and front desk were always helpful and ready to guide whenever required. The rooms were very neat and clean with wonderful views from the balcony and birds chirp could be heard through out the day. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff made sure it was neat. The food was very good and especially Mr. Rajan took care of our needs, as well our one year old kid needs. He was available all the time to help us. The walk through the spice garden was a good experience and mrs. Leeba took care of us in making sure we understanding the benefits and their origin. Overall all the staffs were very pleasing and supportive. It would be in my memories for Long. Thanks Kofiland for this experience.

It is located near the national highway. There won't be any issue in locating the resort. It is spread over 183 acre land. Room are constructed while conserving the natural beauty of the forest. There is an artificial lake too. All the room balconies have that view. Food was quite tasty but portion were quite small not enough for two person. All rooms are packed with modern bathroom amenities like jacuzzi. Being close to NH comes with its own negatives as there is no bar in the resort. They don't have the license to serve liquor. So if you want to enjoy the beauty of the forest while sipping your beer or whiskey, you need to plan accordingly.

Stay at kofiland was good the staffs were cordial and warm and have put forth a great service. Even if you can't expect a lot of food varieties of menu, whatever served was good. The ambiance is so delightful admit the coffee plantation. You can go for a plantation walk and familiarize with a whole new variety of medicinal plants.

Overall it was very good. Very calm place. Specially morning time is quite relaxing.

The property is good. The staff is very warm. But consider the pricing, it's not really value for money. That extra grands spent makes to rethink

Superb property with beautiful nature inside. I enjoyed and about the staff they are very good. Superb room with zakussi. Nothing bad I seen there. It's worth for money. They embedded the nature in that property.

Kofiland resorts in Tekkady is a good place to stay. There are lot of sight seeing places in and around Tekkady like boat riding, jungle safari, spice walk, plantations tour, elephant ride.

Great property. They have spacious villas for the stay with equally spacious bathrooms. They have jacuzzis with each villa. Great balcony views. They have their own spice garden, swimming pools, children play area and you can go fishing as well. Serene place and you will feel in the lap of nature. Veg food is excellent. Though they can improve on time to send the food to the room. Very friendly staff and cheerful.

Overall we had an excellent stay. The plantation walk and fishing were the icing on a cake. It's very close to nature and you can here birds chirping early morning and relax away from the City life.

Great hospitality & excellent service when it's really required. Guys are really good in behaviour, Quality of food is also good. Individual cottages will give privacy and can recommend for couples and families as well.

The location of the property and the views from the balcony are excellent. Service was very good and the staff very polite and knowledgeable. Rooms are very spacious. The only minor glitch was that the rooms probably need a bit of hoovering - apart from that it’s a great place to stay.

Spacious rooms with a comfortable jacuzzi, wonderful vistas, chirping bird sounds and amazing flora! Kofiland is a must visit when in Thekkady! Don't Miss out on the guided tour on spice plantations by Leeba!
