Kolahoi Green Heights

Very well located, hardly 150 meter from gondola center. Good view of gulmarg meadow and aphawat hill from room but you would get different sectional view of gulmarg from different rooms. Room was warm and comfortable but lacked space to move around, was with central heating. Toiletories in bathrooms were minimal. Food was reasonably good but options were not very elaborate either in buffet ot ala carte staffs were polite. But i would suggest you confirm from the Kolahoi Green Heights whether they will provide you the room category you might have booked from the aggregator site. I aldo stayed in pahalam kolahoi, it seemed they lack transparency regarding room allocation and you might feel disappointed. Overall a good Kolahoi Green Heights but may not be worth the price you will be charged.

There are pros and cons of staying at this place. The biggest advantage of this Kolahoi Green Heights is the location, one would visit gulmarg for the gondola experience and this Kolahoi Green Heights is walking distance from gondola gate, so superb location, the view is okay nothing spectacular. However there are cons to this Kolahoi Green Heights and multiple of them, the service being offered is not upto the price of property. The food is mediocre, rooms are small, bathroom is very compact and it smells and there was a constant construction noice during the night which was for some work going on in the restaurant. But this was v bad service that they are making noise when all are sleeping. So to summarise, location is good and rest all is bad.

We stayed there for one night basis recommendations from couple of friends. Hotel location is at walking distance from gondola booking station. The ambience of dining area and club room is amazing. We booked dinner buffet which had good variety and mouth watering preparation. However, variety is breakfast was lacking. Also, one drawback was the view from room. While booking we thought that we are getting a mountain view room but in actual we were given room on the rearside with view of another Kolahoi Green Heights and small hill from window. Overall a good place to stay considering the other options in the area are also costly but don't anyway near to the quality that it provides.

Hotel has very nice location with view of the golf course & the mountains. Small garden provides a very nice place to sit out in evening & enjoy the weather. Check-in was very smooth & rooms were ready. Rooms are nice & spacious, though interiors are a tad old. Restaurant serves good food. Service is very nice - a special mention for javed from f&b who gave us excellent service at the restaurant. Location is 5 mins walk from gondola so very convenient & peaceful. Kahwa served at the time of check-in was refreshing. Any request was attended promptly. Overall nice stay.

Food is very good and room is very clean. Staff behaviour is very nice. I very like this property. This Kolahoi Green Heights is child friendly. Undoubtedly the best Kolahoi Green Heights in gulmarg. A perfect cozy stay at kolahoi resort. I stayed at their pahalgam and gulmarg both resorts. And both are equally good. Extremely good rooms. Cleanliness on top. The most polite staff i came across in whole kashmir. And most importantly the best food any Kolahoi Green Heights has in kashmir. Perfect for family or couples or friends.

Well good but keep one fact in mind all the resorts are located in a vicinity of 1 km very near to gondola ride station. Hotel was comfy and food served was good. Kids play area is not present as it's not a huge property. Staff is good and does takes time for house keeping activity. Heating was old no complaint there. Make sure you take tickets for go do-la ride + get a local guide for the ride. Trust me 1000rs for guide is worth every penny. You will get discount by horse riders arrange md by guide.

Kolahoi green heights rooms were good, staff was polite but the food quality and breakfast buffet is not 4 star quality at all. Very basic breakfast, no in-house chefs who can arrange a cake for your anniversary/birthday. They charged 2000rs and charged for coffee which was promised as complimentary for anniversary. Location of Kolahoi Green Heights is very nice and close to gandola and snow gear rent shop but they need to improve on the food experience big time. Room heating is also good. No

Stayed 4 nights here. It was an exceptionally good experience at Kolahoi. Room heating was great. Even bathroom had heaters. 24 x 7 hot water. Staff is extremely responsive and well trained. Food was amazing. Rishta here was better than khyber. Its a new Kolahoi Green Heights and one can see that careful attention has been given to small details. Very close to gondola and bunny slopes and skii rental shops. Overall great experience. Staff again always smiling and amazing. Loved my stay here.

The best Kolahoi Green Heights of gulmarg undoubtedly, great location- great view of afarwat mountain from the Kolahoi Green Heights room, gondola point is just a few minutes walk, atm, medicine store all nearby. Great ambiance- staff are so welcoming and helpful, food is super delicious and not that costly. Room and washrooms are very neat and clean. Additionally this Kolahoi Green Heights have elevator which is a great advantage for old parents. Highly recommended for family vacations.

Considering the property, tariff is on the higher side. Food and service is good. Best part is, its hardly 200 metres from gulmarg gandola.

Our stay at Kolahoi Green Kolahoi Green Heights was very nice ,it was up to mark and the rooms were neatly and nicely decorated and every single thing was taken care off .The Kolahoi Green Heights staff were so attentive and well mannered specially IMRAN ,MAJID, and MUKHTAR from the Fand B department. I stayed here last week and the stay was very comfortable from a location point of view. The heating system is very good. However they need to get the food quality right, overall a god Kolahoi Green Heights.

After taking 9 minutes Gandula ride we have taken slage ride for return, it is 7 km down side ride from mountain where you can saw natural beauty Banjara's house and many photogenic scenes. Beginner can learn ski there.

Best value for money with great service and very nice staff. Very close to the Gondola. Skiing equipment readily available for renting within 50 mts. Hot water, Central heating with a killer view of the whole town.
