Ac is not working .. even on repetitive call to owner .. they dont change the room ..

Not good hotel very unprofessional behaviour staff no one pick up the and not change room every time off AC and light it’s not good hotel it is third class hotel experience has very poor

No ac remote in room, water drops coming out of ac in room. A big no from myside to stay in this property.

First of all the name of the hotel was not mentioned anywhere, they were showing something else. Secondly, room was unfurnished the walls were not painted and ac was not working. 3. There was no mirror available. 4. Room was untidy. 5. Mosquitoes were all around, they didn't provide with any all out. 6. The corridors were untidy, dog was sleeping there. 7. No security, any one could enter. 8. Highly charged room. 9. After 8pm the hotel staff refused to pickup my call. He was unavailable.

very bad experience Hotel Name is wrong No one is here to service you Ac not working room not clean bathroom not clean dustbin not clean no mosquito liquid if you ask them for its they says we will serve in 10 minutes after that they don't pick mobile. please don't stay.

Worst Experience I have ever had in my life. Standing in front of his property and they guys are even not picking up our calls. Called them 100 times but they have not responded back. Can't describe the thing which i have faced. I was standing on the road with my family at 1 AM . Already informed them about the Check In Timing. Waited for their reply for almost 1 and Hour. After 1 and half hour they have called us and asked us to stay when we had already raised issue. WORST AND TERRIBLE EXPIRENCE SUPPORT TEAM AS WELL AS THESE HOTEL GUYS. They are just looting the common men.

It was very disappointing experience. The room was far from clean, with spider webs clearly visible in multiple corners. The blankets provided smelled terrible, making it extremely uncomfortable to use them. To make matters worse, the daily provision of bottled water was not provided, which is a basic amenity in most accommodations. The property owner initially promised to change my room but did absolutely nothing. Despite calling him five times, either to change my room or at least send someone to clean it thoroughly, no action was taken. My calls went unanswered, leaving me frustrated and helpless. The area itself was decent, but the quality of the rooms overshadowed any positives about the location. This place is not suitable for a comfortable stay, especially if you’re traveling with family. It was truly a horrendous experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. Rating: 1/5

very pathetic arrangement.. no hot water in the gezer. Hygeine nill , No towel provided , I said we required extra mattress but did not provide any mattress very small room provided. Very Dirty Rooms . No kitchen available but they said it's available during booking. And the main after providing room no one picked up the call . Called so many times. My suggestion don't book any room in Omaxe Krishna crust.

The hotel i had booked was not given to me. Another hotel was given to me. Many features were shown in the photo which were not found in the rooms. The curtains of our rooms fell down after some time for which we had to wait a lot of time.

Dirty bedsheet, dirty window curtains, very dirty black spots on pillow cover, very pathetic condition of washroom, no one in reception, no attendent, no one for any kind of emergency. This types of properties is never grow up. I kindly inform to all who want stay in this property. Please don't hesitate to avoid this property.

first of all this is not at all any specific place . this os just a raw damaged property . they will show u big building . gym , swimming pool pics while booking and at the end u will get a dirty , damaged , raw and remote appartement which ia abundant place in that whole complex . when i booked and followed the map which was provided we reached some different cottage then we called to property then they said idhar aa jaao then when we went there then they take us to new location , there is nothing like ‘KRISHNA KUNJ’ this was just a flat without any caretaker and without regular water supply . flat was dirty , tv was just hanging without DTH. rusty tap . dirty bet sheet . keys wre not working to close the door . no care taker , and many more .. for that i paid for a night for 2 rooms i request to kindly refund my money and black list this property . at least before listing you should inspect the property

ok not too much extra ordinary only good thing is that you get good foot at reasonable prices in omex complex

Overall it's a good near all locations easily available taxi and all types of food available there. Si it's a good trip.

I need to express my serious concerns about the condition of the property. It is extremely unhygienic, with mould present and significant paint erosion and water damage that cannot be addressed immediately. Enclosed are the property images, and map location showing Krishna kunj ( the listed property name) 600 meters distance from Iscon tample, where are the actual property location is 3.4 Km and has a different name. Fake/misleading Name used to list the property.

Very bad condition room

No hygiene, dirty washroom, no phone to contact room service, used blankets, ac doesn't have remote, tv doesn't work, swimming pool not available.
