it's a lodge setting. they are not responsible, we had to keep asking for things which was otherwise provided. they charged for a day but facility is poor. food is average. complimentary breakfast is terrible.

Food and location okay

The property appears outdated, and the accommodations do not justify the pricing, especially considering the limited amenities offered. While the staff was courteous and approachable, management should adopt a more proactive approach to enhancing guest satisfaction. Furthermore, the quality of food in the restaurant was average, yet the prices were notably high. For example, a chappathi costs Rs. 25 plus tax, and a porotta is priced at Rs. 35 plus tax, which feels disproportionate to the overall experience.

The hotel building toilets deplorable state,TV malfunction,staff members well behaved,bed sheets,towels not clean enough,tourists from other states and countries will be unhappy

lot of dust in the room . wall paints spalling. room size small. bed spreads not fresh . no mirror in the wash room . provided only one bath towel that too not very fresh. water logging at the main entrance gate . location is good , but the management should improve on their services, not leaving this prime property to the careless handling of the contracting agency.

Water heater not working, no towels in the bathroom, after 10. 00 no one’s at the front desk. They charge you few hundred rupees for breakfast but there is no buffet. I got three idalees and a tea. Room nice though

Good supporting staff. Food is very good and affordable. Price is ok and manageable. They need to provide more information-about nearby places.

The staff was really comforting. The new renovated rooms are good. The hotel has hot water available and ac for the rooms. The in house restaurant is commendable.

The property is a little old but the staff and service makes up for everything the room is old and so is the furniture but staff will make you feel at home

Terrible experience on non functioning of water pipes. Had to shift rooms. The next room too had pressure issues. Outage of electricity very often and backup generator delays

No channels available in tv. Room is not clean. Room'service also very poor. No favorite channels are available in tv

The service was good and we had late checkin. No extras were charged for that. And friendly staffs

Check in process was very smooth despite of checking in late. Room was very clean and pleasant, the air conditioning was so good. I cannot finish the review without mentioning how good the staff were, as it was ramadan i needed breakfast at 4:45 am and when i asked the staff they were like of course we can deliver you bf at that time and they did deliver and the breakfast was good.

My stay at ktdc tamarind, changanasseri was a good experience. The staff members were very cooperative and customer oriented.

Did not my expectations at all. The room had bad smell, bedsheets were not changed in a while. Bathroom had no hot water so we were asked to take shower in adjacent room.

Great place to stay at an affordable price and the food is also very delicious. Hotel staff were very supportive and cordial.

We were not sure about what type of hospitality we are about to get from KTDC tamarind. But after reaching there we are pretty sure that the booking which we did is plenty worthy. The rooms were very neat and all facilities were also there . Facilities like geyser, kettle , mini fridge etc are also available in the room. And the food delivery from the downstairs restaurant is also available with budget cost. The food were very tasty, and the services were also too good. from my personal experience i recommend everyone to try KTDC whenever they plan for kottayam or changanasery
