Pathetic rooms, very bad behaviour from owner, room was not good condition location not matching

it's a pathetic stay, problems starded while checkin onwards..in the reservation window they showed one picture,but they are giving entirely different one.resort onwer is not a good person.he don't have any humanity,he is a cold hearted person.rooms ok in thebad words written in the cupboard and drawers.and we had a word with owner.he telling we give this kind of rooms only .if you want you can stay otherwise leave. and in their confirmation voucher they mentioned some amenities,that also we didn't receive.very bad customer service

Good for family and comfortable we are find property strip app food aren't preparing there no facilities for that. And otherwise good for stay. Good sightseeing at the location. We're 15 members they're all says good.

it was worst experience ever i had 🙏 they uploaded room pictures entirely different from reality 🙏, room was not clean,bathroom was bad smelly 🙏, no proper hot water facilities, no towel no soap or anything. absolutely they didn't give any facilities that they mentioned🙏. only oneg good thing that staffs were friendly

The location is away from the city, so we struggle to come back to the hotel after seeing the sites. Food is also not available in the nearby area and even the hotel does not have arrangements. The service was also not good. But the hotel was maintained neat and clean

Very worst service not up to the mark. Not even one time those people working there turned up to ask if you want anything and they said that v is included but after checking in the room they are saying that there is no tv facility and we rang up the owner and asked he said that if you wish to stay you stay otherwise you change the property and go. Very rude behaviour by the owner and the staffs.

Its good. Service. But normal bed and heater not working in room.

Not good choice for couples and families. Not in no facilities. Doors and windows are very bad. Heater doesn't work sometimes. No clean lines. Tv doesnt work. No fan have dust.

Property is located 2. 5 kms from bus stand. Location is good. Nothing is available there except cot blankets and water. Even for a cup of tea we need climb the slope everytime. If you could tie up with any lodge near the bus stand it would be better. They dont clean the room even after request
