Early check in on availability. George and john staff provided good room to stay and the view is beautiful. High class amenities, generous staff, overall room and bathroom 100 stars. They made our new year memorable by fireworks followed by cutting delicious cake with george family and fellow co home stay people. Without charging extra free breakfast and tea, Dosa, idly, chutney, veg curry, yummy tea. A must visit place in allepey to feel the happiness and god's own greenery.
This is one place which will remain etched in my mind forever. There is beautiful greenery all around and a beautiful pond view. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the host. The family was extremely friendly. John sir and george sir were amazing people we met and were very down to earth. They took care of our each and every need. The food, service, ambiance and hospitality meets the five star Kuttichira Heritage Home | Rooms & Caretaker. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect to john sir and george sir who does great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality. They arranged new year firework party followed by cutting cake. George sir and family insisted us to join them at 11. 45 pm with new year wishes at midnight. George and john provided free breakfast for us which was not included in our booking. Not a single penny was charged extra. Should make a stay there just to feel the happiness inside the kutyichera heritage homestay. The heritage home is 130 years old and renovated well into modern amenities.

George's Kuttichira Homestay will be one continuing memory for me and my wife to keep revisiting in the future. The room we stayed was a 150+ year structure with everything made of wood. We had the pleasure to hear him talk so passionately about the building and he shared the same interest in inquiring about our stay as well as arranging for any requirements. We owe George a big thank you because he recommended so many excellent things to do in Alleppey. He helped us by recommending the right Ayurveda spa there is a spa mushrooming in every nook and corner of Alleppey and most are money spinners, Shikara, etc. For all of you who are confused between a house boat vs a resort/Homestay. I would seriously recommend you to try Kuttichira Homestay. It would definitely be a great choice. House boats are too expensive now and besides they leave in the after noon and park at a desolate place for the evening until next morning. Instead you should try a shit are and watch the beautiful sunrise we did that thanks to George.

It was our 2nd time stay at this place. Extraordinary homely feeling, George sir and John sir look after us with great care and love. No disturbance at all. Hot water is available all the time, very clean rooms. Breakfast is awesome. They also helped us to plan our trip. Early morning we could see sun rise and chirping sound of birds. Beautiful breeze, place is near to all the tourism places. The way to any tourism place is so near and safe. We walked to most of the places as the place is so safe and George sir and John sir will be always there for you. If you guys want to have a beautiful view and pleasant stay must opt for this one. AC room, food delivery, hot water everything is available. It is as good as 5 star Kuttichira Heritage Home | Rooms & Caretaker or resort. If you need any transportation they will help you. We checked out at morning four, George sir woke up at 4 arranged us transportation. I would say it's the cheapest stay with such a awesome amenities and view. Loved the stay!

This was very good experience staying with KUTTICHIRA Heritage home in Alleppey. This resorts is nicely located around 6.5KM from city railway station and 2.1 km from bus stand. You can take auto or cab from there and it will cost around some amount. You will get nicely decorated wood cottage from 165-year-old rosewood with so many option. You will feel it as it your home after getting hospitality from the Owner George and each and every people. Cottage surrounding are full of scenic and will get many famous place nearby only. I will be really thankful to those people, who are giving valuable time to discuss Kerala culture and specialty of each place. Giving this cottage to 5 star for all experience I gathered from last trip. Iwould definitely recommend this place and will be stayed here for couple day in future.

The path leading up to this blessed homestay is simply out of a movie. Therefore is beautiful greenery all around mesmerising chripling sound of birds all over the day is that good to your ears f oar away from the city noise. We truly enjoyed the evening walks around the homestay in such a quite and peaceful place. One should definitely stay in this place and we would recommend to all for their safe stay and which is why it is hygiene and true sample a excellent hospitality by mr. Gorge and john. Anything required is always attended very well at our service which makes us feel it is our place and we must take care too. It is a such beautiful nest where we don't even feel to litter the place. We have left our beautiful footprint and took some love care, memories.

We had good time at Kuttichira Heritage Home. As name resembles it's a Home owned by George and his family. If someone look for home stay in Allepey I refer this place because service is good, rooms are clean and more over it has good garden area behind. I would like to say something about George, he is so helpful and generous person. I Am glad to say that I don't have much Idea about places to visit Allepey but he helped me with full it nary. Oh I forgot to say about food, I ordered kari been from them for dinner and it's tasty. But you have to plan before you visit. Please talk to him prior about your plans and they will guide you.

I stayed here for a day as part of my honeymoon visit, I did read a lot of positive reviews before booking here and it indeed turned out to be true. I stayed in the sandalwood palace room. The rooms are amazing, and provided us with a unique experience. Rooms are comfortable, true to the displayed pictures. it is very closely located to the backwaters entry which is an advantage. The Pantry room and breakfast is something I would suggest that needs work. A special highlight is the caretaker Mr. George, helpful in planning Alleppey itinerary with amazing local contacts. Overall very happy with the stay.

Kuttichira is a awesome Kerala style wooden home with excellent hospitality by Mr. George and Mr. John. They will take care our day plan by helping us by arranging the vehicles. Breakfast provided by them is a tasty homely food. You feel like heaven by the wooden home and arrangements inside it. The lawn looks so beautiful you can have pleasant time over there.

The room was really nice, the staff was so helpful. They had arranged everything for us for sightseeing. The decor of the rooms gave a vintage experience. Exceeded my expectations

Our stay at Kuttichira Heritage Home was excellent the morning breakfast could have been little elaborate but it the stay was peaceful and the room was great. It had a great view and Mr. John the caretaker provided us with all the important information regarding the sites to visit us, he was a great host. The owner too was sweet and friendly

It was indeed a wonderful stay at this location very calm and quite. Duty manager and owner Mr. George guided us in every ways during our stay. Rooms were clean and no issues. Would love back visiting again.
