No proper maintenance, no doors were having lock and its not closing properly. Horrible toilets. Seepage on all walls.

No wifi

Property was not maintained properly. Amenities are very poor. Bad adour in breakfast serving place.

It was a worst experience to stay in this place, there was no electricity no DG backup, no water provided for drinking, poor maintenance, the room were dirty and the bed sheets were dusty ... overall it is not a place to stay, i booked for two days but i left the room in one day and went to another hotel

They have provide breakfast not worth for money. Room service also not good

Worst experience ever we had. We can't even stay there for more than one hour. We booked another room and shifted. Very interior area. Not well maintained place. Very dirty and bracken building and doors. Looks like haunted house worst place to stay with family

Guys the places is best but if you travel in any unseason time you will get suffer because we have suffered that they switching off the lights at 9:00 pm in nights time and it will be more terrible and they switch off the whole power and they said the power has been shut down guys it will be more horrible and really pathetic fear moments i can even imagine that power has been gone at again at 2:00 am in yelagiri you guys can’t think how that will be so pulse don’t visit the resort pulse for your safety

The rooms were not hygienic and clean. Also, the service was not good and it was too late! food taste was average, and the washrooms were not provided with hygienic buckets. Overall service and neatness was not up to the mark!

Room cleanliness was poor. Bed spreads not yet cleaned and replaced. Toilet was not good. Food we ordered veg but non veg mixed in the veg gravy.

We booked the room and paid the amount but after reaching the resort we were disappointed it seems to be not properly maintained

Hot weather actually. Kindly make arrangements for ac to feel comfortable at summer also to get satisfaction

Good property location but it’s not clean and resort rooms are not cleaned properly and missing ammunition’s like broken windows which brought lot of mosquitos. Rate as average

A good place and ambiance. Moreover it’s near to the city and good staff too. Service is good good too

The rooms are big. But they are not clean. Room service is not up to mark. Free breakfast is good. Behavior of staff is ok. Over all it can not be to the level of 3 star hotel.

Rooms are not cleaned and had bitter experience by seeing the quality of the room by loosing the money we checked out and stayed on other hotel. Asked for refund but till now we didn’t received.

Walls next to main door not maintained. Bathroom handle missing dead cockroach in bedroom. Ants and insects in the terrace bedroom bathroom and other places. Tiles broken.

Food was bad n they had no varieties of food. Everything was out of stock n service was very poor. Even hot water they took forever to give us

Not recommended. Poorly maintained. Kind of rundown place. Not even basics like bed lines, towels, toiletries are kept properly and dirty. Severely under staffed. Had to cut down the trip and checked out early and return.

Staff are very friendly, mr. Mohan does his best to help but the infrastructure needs maintenance there should be a handyman the room i stayed did not have water has to call & ask, no towels, the tap was totally broken in the restroom, no blinds for the balcony doors and the blinds on top of my head kept falling down. Great place if only they maintain it well. It has a great potential with such nice staff. Parking too needs to be moderated i understand they are short of staff but on a sat/sun that can't be an excuse for a hotel!
