familyVery bad , experience, unacceptable they had cancelled my booking after taking the the full payment in advance (25days) ,worst part i have no info about it from mmt or the hotel. Booked suite room 4 nights on the check in time they asked me to to stay in deluxe room as the mmt has taken the wrong booking room with the very less tarif is under maintenance , they also don’t have any working landline or contact no tried to contact them before going for more then couple of weeks, even mmt customer no doesn’t have there working no and unable to contact them, they had no of the owner from whom they can contact but they can’t give the no to any due to there policy. Mmt representative gave the confirmation emai and assurance that I will get the room which I booked with the same amenities which is mentioned but I got a whole surprise package at the hotel. Any one has ever 5 star hotel suite room doesn’t have an air conditioning & they asked to take the regular room in the same amount which I paid for suite room that to for 4 nights & of no refund if I cancel it at the time of check in

familyPleasurable stay location: hotel is centrally located. It is very near to main market, walking distance. Staff: very polite, humble and helpful staff, always ready to help. Room service: excellent and very quick. You call them and things are done in 5 minutes. Cleanliness: very neat and clean rooms, corridor, lift, reception area and parking. Restaurant: very neat and clean. Food is very tasty, not spicy, and with out extra oil. They prepare the food, right infront of your eyes. Improvement needed: rooms do not have wifi, which is now an essential thing. Balcony view is beautiful
